Dati once a week lang ako mag go. Ngayon nawiweirdohan ako once a day na! Haha sabi nila dahil daw ito sa "green tea extract". So medyo nag slim down ako.

And so far wala akong nakikitang effect sa drowsiness.

Along with proflavanol nawala yung mga persistent pimples ko, and glowing ako. Pinkish ba. I'm just so happy with Usana.

good for 1 and a half months yan sis if kayong dalawa maghahati. regarding when to take, depende yan sis. ako kasi kapag umaga ako nainom, nagiging hyper ako, kaya gabi ko iniinom kasi panggabi din ako. mabilis lang effect nito, bago mo maubos yung share mo sa bottle. my hubby is taking proflavanol, at pumuputi talaga siya.

same with other sisses, nag try muna ako mag take ng essentials then naramdaman ko yung epekto, ayun, nag avail ulit ako at naging distributor na din. Iba talaga ang USANA, siyempre nasa MIMS at PDR (Physician Desk Reference).  Mother Active Calcium ang tina-take at si Papa ang Procusa at Essentials tska Hepasil, kase may fatty liver siya at the same time diabetic.. Laking tulong talaga talaga ng USANA products. Sa Women's Health Reproductive section, lage akong nag popost dun kase may polyps ako at painful dysmenorrhea, hanap ng hanap ng cure pero now nung nag take ako ng BIOMEGA, ay loka! no dysmenorrhea at all and no bleeding na!

mga sis how much yung proflavanol and essentials and how long does it lasts? 1 month lang ba yung 1 bottle? saka alin dun yung whitening? ano nga pala effect sa inyo pag yung gse lang yung tine-take? sorry ang dami kong tanong. hehe:))

i am taking usana products, essentials, proflavanol, biomega and nutrimeal. s ngayon ala pa akong makitang effects ng mag vitamins and minerals pero yung nutrimeal nagulat ako. in just 3 days i gained 1kg na!! weight gain diet kasi yung purpose ko ng nutrimeal. dalas ko nga magutom ngayon e. hehe...

i am hoping na maging maganda rin effects ng essentials at boosters lalo na s pimples and pco ko.

based from experience every morning bahing ako ng bahing at suki ako ng sipon dahil sa allergy. when is started using usana nawala yung allergy ko paminsan minsan na aallergy pa rin but not as constant as before

HI mga sis, meron nakapagsabi sa akin na magaling din daw ang USANA sa allergic rhinitis? yun eldest ko [textspeak!] is 16 na and sobrang rhinitis nya all year round dami ko na naikot na mga meds pero wala din natulong gusto ko sana ma i try ang USANA...

tama sis. my husband has allergic rhinitis rin. take essentials plus proflavanol. super effective! in a week makikita mo ang result. ang lala ng allergy ng asawa ko, parang alarm clock sa sobrang lakas bumahing.

Can it reverse grey hair?
I know if you will say it's hereditary, but I believe it's lack of specific minerals.
Do we have hair analysis here in the Philippines?

I also have severe allergic rhinitis. I take other brands, cheaper vitamins and minerals.
