Wow it's very nice read these positive feedback from usana products. I've been taking them too kasi. I'm taking chelated minerals and mega antioxidant and super happy ako kasi natulungan niya ko sa Dysmenorrhea ko. I thought tsamba lang nung first month pero wala na talaga for month of taking Usana essentials. Also i did try nutrimeal. 5lbs in 5 day tamad tamaran mode hehe

My whole family is using usana products too! We are all using Essentials. My aunt is using procosa kasi at the age of 34, she's already suffering from rheumatism. Then yung son ko since 1 year and 4months pa lang siya, I asked my friend to buy usanimals sa hk kasi sobrang sakitin, na-acquire nya yung sa side ng hubby ko, asthma, hyperallergenic, etc.

I use to take essentials and proflavanol pero nahihilo talaga ako. Tiniis ko muna kase minsan nawawala naman pero one day talaga umover yung hilo ko as in para akong naglilihi na pagtatayo ako hilong hilo ako at parang nasusuka. sabi ng nurse sa office namen baka na-overdose daw ako. haha ewan ko di siguro hiyang ang body ko pero yung iba naman nagtatake ok naman at madami benefits sa kanila.

^^ hindi nakaka overdose ang essentials sis. nakakaloka naman yung nurse na yun. sabi sa training na pinuntahan ko, may mga effects talaga ang essentials, pero hindi siya side effects. normal lang na may maramdaman ka kasi nag aadjust ang katawan mo sa iniinom mo. remember na nireregenerate niya ang cells mo? normal ang effects.

I take USANA Essentials Daily plus proflavanol plus fern-c para solid. nagpamember din ako on both para discounted yung products. My whole family has been using USANA as well ang gaganda ng skin ng mga sister ko. ^_^

i am now on my 2nd day of Nutrimeal diet. i wish to lose some pounds din and sana mas gumanda ang skin ko since i am taking the essentials and proflavanol. naku, dapat mgkaeffect to dahil ang mahal n'ya.

my officemates tried din but most of them gave up on their 3rd to fourth day. sana makaya ko.

I am taking essentials at first. And then, sabi ko magjoin na ko to get discounted price. After nun, shinare ko story ko about being healthy. Ayun, naging distributor na din ako sa mga relatives and friends. I discovered na pwede ko pala maging business ang USANA because of their very good products.
