Today I started the Usana reset program... I was really convinced by my close friend and I also felt it was time to diet since my clothes are becoming tight.

Anyway, I got two bags of the nutrimeal (strawberry and chocolate) and two bottles of the essentials. Today is Day 1. I woke up and made a 250ml shake (dutch chocolate). I also took 2 caps each of the chelated mineral and anti oxidants. Sa car pa lang medyo nagutom na ako so I cheated with 2 pcs. of grapes. Pwede naman yata basta fruits and vegetables. Pagdating sa office, I cannot live without coffee so I had a 3-in-1 sugar free coffee and a banana. After a couple of minutes i felt i needed to poop... so banyo time...

Anyway, strawberry shake at 11.30 later. I'm also watchful of my water intake kasi sabi i need to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. So far I've had two glasses pa lang and its already 10.30am. I should drink more water.

I wonder how many lbs i would be a ble to lose...I'm at 144 lbs. Mawala lang ng 2 inches off my waist, masaya na ako. I'll keep you guys posted on my developments

Hi,

My friend is a distributor. He gave me a discount. I spent around 6k for two bags of the Nutrimeal and two bottles of the essentials (chelated mineral and antioxidants churva) and the shaker.

Day 1 kahapon, which at the end of the day, di ko na kinaya magshake... sabi naman nung friend ko pag nagutom ka, eat something light. I think the program allows me to have a serving of fruit and vegetable, but last night nanginig ako sa gutom (or was it psychological?)

Anyway, here's what I ate yesterday: 2 glasses of shake (one bfast, one lunch) one banana, about 20pcs grapes, two granola bars (wala kasi yung energy bar ng usana na available locally), 3 cups of sugarfree coffee (i cant live without coffee) and one slice of wheat bread and a fried egg for dinner. I had a long day yesterday since I had to drive to Rizal and then had a lot of mental work done. So I guess nagutom ako. Then add to the fact that I had to endure walking through a foodcourt without buying anything... I was looking for a vegetable dish pero wala ako nagustuhan

Today (Day 2) I had a shake and a cup of coffee this morning. 10.30 gutom na ako so I ate my vegetables (asparagus, mushroom, brocoli and carrots steamed then stir fried) and a granola bar. Problem ko is this Sunday, may party sa house and i'm cooking as well. Matinding self-control ang kailangan.   :-\

Oh yeah, kanina pala nagweigh ako, i dont know if it was true but the scale said 143 lbs. Like, I lot 1 lb in a day pa lang? Baka mabigat lang suot ko yesterday. Lol.

I think I should get a move on and start with some exercise like walking... Unfortunately, wala akog time... I'm doing my grocery later, i dont know if that would count as walking..

Fruits and vegetables are ok to be included in your meal. You need to take essentials 3 times a day and also proflavanol,  2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. In 5 days you will loose 5-10lbs. Depends on how your body reacts but it is proven that if you follow the program strictly, you will achieve your desired weight.  :)

wow buti naman pala madami na ang nag uusana here, this is really the best vitamins ever,i started taking usana last year,i did a research, kase my husband who is only 34 suffered mild heart attack and has high trygliceride,he always have blood test every 6 months, and all my kids are very sensitive they get sick easilly, and my youngest was confined 3x last year because of simple cough or colds that leads to pneumonia.

so upon researching,i ended up with usana, and good thing a family friend who lives in los angeles is a member, and he provides me all the vitamins that we need.
ang nakakainis lang dito sa usana phil, confusing yung sa label nila, nakalagay sa essentials is once a day, ang tamang dosage pala is 4x a day each,so 4x ng mega anti oxidant and 4x ng chelated minerals.

lahat ng vitamins here sa usana phil is under dosage yung nakalagay sa label, kase wala daw pang check ang phil government natin ng vitamins,so to be safe once a day lang, which is mali naman.
now my husband is very healthy, his triglyceride is normal, and we're very energized.my kids who are all taking usanimals(essentials for kids),never na nahospital, and i can say ang laki ng tinibay ng immune system nila.

no offense to anyone ha,pero parang d hygenic yung pagbbuy ng patingi tingi,it's still safe to buy yung naka sealed.and kada open ng bottle na eexpose sya,d nyo alam baka habang nagssalita yung nagrrepack tumatalsik yung laway nya sa vitamins,,eewwww.

we are taking essentials,proflavanolc100,coquinone100,biomega,calcium,probiotic,immune boosterc.
i super love these vitamins!

^^ sis okay siya pang jumpstart ng diet... para makatipid ka yun nutrimeal na lang muna buy mo instead of RESET. basta itake mo lang vitamins na currently tinatake mo na..
