yes. hindi sa ugali. hindi ako maarte mag-salita ha? pero very particular ako sa clothes, shoes, sa hair, sa fashion at sa make-up. i want to look presentable naman kasi e. im very maalaga sa katawan at sa skin so mayat maya naka-foot scrub ako, with matching foot lotion. tapos hands ko may separate lotion. body ko, may specific body butter din akong ginagamit. call me maarte, i dont care. i just want to take care of myself. haha.

I can't go out without wearing makeup! Kahit pencil lang sana sa eyebrows or pink lips.

and I don't drink tap water sa public. Bottled water pwede pa. Kaartehan ba yun?

I have to wash my hands or use hand sanitizer before I eat. Can't eat without doing it first!

yup im here. people make fun of me when i make kwento because i have a weird sing song way of talking sometimes, especially when im animated. i dont really like eating in dingy wingy places and i cant go out without makeup. i feel bare.

i think i am... not the typical one who talks with all the mouth expressions and trying hard to pronounce words just so it would sound slang like (i hope you get what i mean)...etc...

i'm maarte in such a way that i have to wipe the toilet bowl before using it even if it's dry,whether it's a public restroom or private...i remove onions,garlic,ginger when i eat...after washing my hands i always have to put lotion...i like the outer  part of my chuck sneakers dirty (if that's ka-artehan)-when i wash it, i only clean the inside part---the dirtier converse shoes, the better....my bag is a bit heavy, because inside it there are pouches which contains my other things..(my boyfriend commented once that it's "a bag within a bag, within a bag")...i like my coffee,tea,milk's temp to be 'just right'--i don't like it hot, but i can drink it cold, not ice cold...i don't like my soft drinks cold...every time i brush my teeth it has to be 2x...i don't wear make-up kasi feeling ko ang bigat ng mukha ko...

hindi ako masyado nagsusuot ng heavy make-up (blush on) but i go to the derma regularly dahil gusto ko clear lagi ang skin ko. i'm also taking b/c pills for my complexion at bukod sa lahat mahilig ako magdamit ng feminine clothes! pink, baby blue, pastel colors, girly colors, etc. i love wearing dresses and skirts! puro barako kasi mga kapatid ko eh so ayos dahil wala akong kahati sa damit! ha!
mahilig din ako sa mga beauty products. suki at kilala na ako ng mga tindera sa watsons at sephora. lol

good to know that mga sisies this is our place to know each other na most of us misinterpreted na if your maarte is not ok. i mean being maarte is not bad at all as long as wala kang tinatapakan at inaagrabyadong tao diba?

same here, maarte ako in many ways, its just me, i love clothes, shoes, bags, sa make ups ok lang basta important may face powder lipstick at blush on ok na ako dun, love shopping super , palagi akong may dala alcohol madali kasi mairitate balat ko i dunno why, kaya ayun eveyrtime nag alcohol or alcogel ako then after hand cream kaya 1 wk lang ubos na hand cream ko. din palagi ko hinuhugasan mga plates at teaspoon pork kahit malinis naman

and pag nakita ko toilet na marumi and di maayos smell dina ako tumutuloy super sensitive kasi ang pang amoy ko madali ako masuka haha so sa ayaw ko man at hindi basta medyo yucky madali sumuko sikmura ko dko naman ma control so sa iba super arte na yun, well have nothing to do its just really me..take it or leave it, but im loving it..cheers

everyone is maarte naman pero hindi lahat eh tolerable ang kaartehan.. lalo na yung mga pasosy na wala sa lugar, i hate it when i hear/see girls na parang may bells palsy kung maginarte ang mouth when they speak, or yung mga pa taglish taglish pa pero halatang nagpipilit lang naman, oh please give yourselves a break, yung mga taong mayayaman talaga mas magagaling pa magtagalog ng derecho sa inyo. (haha may angst? hehe)

i am guilty for being maarte especially sa cleanliness and organization ng mga bagay bagay, PERO i can stand eating fishballs and kwekkwek sa mga tabi tabi... maarte sa katawan pero cowboy, thats what my friends always tell me..

maarte ako pero sa cleanliness lang. lalo na sa balat ko. super sensitive kasi skin ko eh hindi ako basta pwede gumamit ng mga kung ano anong products. tsaka may times na mahilig ako magdress talaga haha. pero hindi ako pala makeup talaga. tsaka hindi ako maarte sa mga pang gawain ng boys hehe. Nagulat nga dati yun boss ko nakita nagtutulak ako ng cart eh dapat daw tinawag ko un mga engineers para sila magtulak nun hehe. ako naman kiyeme lang. tsaka yun guy friends ko gusto ko ako kasama kumakain wala daw ako arte haha. yun nga lang may pagka girly manamit. lolz.

Maarte ako about cleanliness, and competent service.

             So my bottom is 4-star hotels; nothing less.  For sure, the banyo will be roomy and clean; toiletries complete.

             I like shopping at Rustan's, where the SAs know me... and that I will go around with Coke Light in a glass (in Makati, kasi may cafes there on the shopping floors -- I put down the glass anywhere, problema na nila to return/look for it)
             I also like shopping at LV GB4 and GUCCI/BOTTEGA V/BALENCIAGA/TOD'S (where my usual SA/the manager) will automatically order Coke Light for me basta nakita my face. 
             ADORA  is another place they let me get away with drinking Coke/L in a glass anywhere.

             I eat at the Shang Hotel outlets, and Jollibee or McDo anywhere in MetroMla.  Outside MMla... it depends kasi naka encounter ako nang yuck! chemically-loaded un-Jollibee tasting longganizas at a Jollibee outlet somewhere in Nueva Ecija.

            Ano pa?  My sisters get grrr!  coz I always like BONIFACIO HIGH STREET and SERENDRA .. to eat and to shop  .... pero ayoko nang Market!Market!  -- magulo, maingay.

             I love STARBUCKS .. always clean, and the 3 outlets where I frequently order for myself, not my messenger (Missouri, Shang, 6750) know depende sa facial expression ko what I will order na    (harassed = Capuccino or, relaxed:  cold Cafe Latte pareho with Splenda)

As for salons... I feel safe going for my mani pedi and foot scrubs only at Piandre Anapolis/Greenhills.

As for facials and peels, I feel safe only with CATHY VALENCIA.

i'm used to be arte about wearing/owning brand names and all..but now, no na. i've grown up na, so to speak  ( what with my family to feed and work to be done! ). but i am arte but the tv shows and movies i watch, the books and magazines i read, and the food i eat. does this make me arte ( still )? i hope so.

ako din sali din ako dito... mula pagkabata ko maarte na talaga ang description sa akin... kahit hindi ko pa maintindihan noon kung bakit kasi simple lang naman ako sa tingin ko.

During elementary and highschool days, dapat lang clean uniform and shoes, may simpleng hair accesories (barrets or clip or band pero dapat hindi mauulit within one week para hindi nakakasawang tingnan - maarte reason#1), my bag should be color coordinated sa uniform - maarte reason #2, tapos earrings lang ang jewelry na suot ko.

Nung college na ako, halos ganun din, pero nadagdagan lang, yung mga toiletries ko dapat isang scent line sila, kung M&S peach ang powder, ganun din ang deodorant, lotion, body spray at body wash - maarte reason #3. para isa lang ang amoy.

Nung nagkawork na ako, syempre mas nadagdagan... kasi may sarili na akong pera pambili ng mga gusto ko... skin care talaga ako nag-i-indulge, sa clothes wala akong pili as long as its clean and it fits well on me, ok na yun sa akin, at saka hindi rin ako masyado pala sunod sa uso, i follow my own fashion statement - maarte reason #4. ayoko nung pakiramdam na pag tingin mo sa paligid, makikita mo sa ibang tao yung laman ng closet ko or worst yung suot ko - maarte reason #5. Kaya i go for classic pieces of clothes para hindi masyadong striking at hindi madaling matandaan ng mga tao kung nasuot mo na, tapos add na lang ng accessories.

Never din ako bumili, gumamit or nagsuot ng imitation brand - maarte reason #6. Pakiramdam ko kasi masyado akong trying hard nun, kung hindi ko afford yung particular brand na yun, sorry na lang ako... pero i will never settle for a fake one... buti pa "brandless" na lang bilhin kong gamit at least comfortable ako dun at hindi ko maiisip everytime na gagamitin ko yung gamit na yun kung mukha ba syang orig... or halatang fake?

Sa shoes naman kahit dati pa, gusto ko yung shoes na classic, comfortable at matibay kahit mahal pa yan... mapili ako sa brand ng shoes - maarte reason #7. and it has to be color coordinated with my dress or bag - maarte reason #8. I used to have a collection of shoes na ibat ibang kulay para sa ibat ibang kulay ng damit ko, pero ginive-up ko na rin at nagshift na lang ako sa mga mas dependable and classic shoes (yung neutral and basic colors na lang) pero binabawi ko na lang sa brand, kung dati ok na sa akin ang celine, ngayon dapat rockport or naturalizer na - maarte reson #9.

Sa tingin ko hahaba ito ng husto pag nilista ko pa yung mga maarte reasons ko, pero for me at sa tingin ko and for everyone here, its not all about ka-artehan but knowing what we want, what we deserve and asserting them. Wala namang masama di ba??? At least honest tayo sa mga sarili natin at nakukuha natin ang Happiness natin! ;-)

maarte ako hindi dahil gusto ko pero dahil matatakutin talaga ako.   i'm not the kind of girl na dadalhin mo sa hiking, not an outdoorsy person eh. ok fine. puwede tayong umakyat kung saan saan pero yung pababa...gawa tayong slide kasi hindi ako marunong bumaba. promise. even sa hagdanan, nahihirapan ako lalo na kung madaming steps. feeling ko naduduling ako haha. kaya when my bf suggested hiking, i was, i love you but i won't do that. hahahaha.

maarte din ako in a sense na ayoko naiinitan, pinagpapawisan. kati kasi eh. ayoko nun. nagpapantal ako. saka sakitin ako so kung uubo ubo ka diyan o sisipon sipon, shucks, mabubuntal kita pag lumapit sa akin.

last, maarte ako sa kakikayan i guess. eh bakit ba. i'm a girl eh. kung kikay na ako pag gurang ako, dun sila magalit.

im maarte when it comes to clothes and gamit..*i like branded clothes, bags..etc.,during college days..di ako nag uulit ng damit kapag wash day!tapos yoko bumili ng immitations,once bumili ako ng immitation and daming kamuka sa school,kaya i end up going home at nagpalit ng damit sa bahay..
* can't go out na walang blush on and powder and earrings..always presentable dapat..
* di ako nag papa araw kasi yoko umitim..sayang yung gluta..hehe
* yoko mag cr kung san san..
* kahit sobrang lapit lang ng pupuntahan fx parin..ayaw ko mag jeep..hehe..syempre kakaligo mo syempre mausok pag jeep.
* ayoko ng may kamukang gamit esp. kapag di ko feel yung tao..pero kapag mga friends ko..gusto ko magkakamuka kame..hehe
* di ko hahawakan yung food kapag di pako nag wash ng hands..

Naku maarte talaga ko...

- Hinde ako basta-basta humahawak sa mga bagay and mga tao kase OC ako sa germs. I wash my hands all the time and lage ako may baon na alcohol. Hinde naman ako nangmamata ng tao but then you'll never know kung san nanggaling ang mga kamay nila bago sila humawak sa kung san-san diba...

- I'm super choosy sa food. Mas madale pa sabihin yung mga kinakain ko kase sobrang dami kong ayaw.

- Maarte ako sa bed, gusto ko fresh palage ang amoy ng sheets and pillow cases and ayoko ng gusot ang bed. In fact, I sometimes wake my husband up so that i can tuck the sheets.

- I don't like anyone touching my face except kung ako or yung husband ko

- Gusto ko lage akong maayos and presentable kahit pa sa bahay lang ng in laws ko ang punta or sa malapit na mall. You'll never know who you will see diba...

- I like having a lot of choices in everything--lotion, make up, clothes, bags, shoes, perfumes, etc. I dont like being stuck on one thing kase wala na kong choice. Kaya nga husband can't understand why I keep buying toiletries kahit meron pa.

- Naiinis ako whenever I see people picking their noses or teeth or yung basta basta na lang dumudura in public.

- Ayoko sa mabahong lugar at mabahong tao period.

- Hinde ako naguulit kagad ng damit and I dont repeat my shoes din in a week. Dapat iba araw-araw kase masisira sila kagad pag lageng ginagamit especially dahil mabigat ako maglakad.

Madame pa kong kaartehan but the bottom line is, nasa lugar naman and sakto lang sa personality and means ko

Ako naman ewan ko ba ang lakas ng pang amoy ko. So kapag meron biglang dumating at hindi kaayaaya ang amoy nia naku! you can't see me close to that person. At ang nakakainis minsan eh ang lakas talaga ng amoy pero ako lang ang nakakaamoy. So others think I'm like nagiinarte lang! Pero proven na yung nose ko kase if somebody is on their period alam ko.. wahaha!! Or kung merong hindi natuyo ang damit naku alam ko ren! wahaha! Pero now I learned to keep quiet na, before kase hindi ko pa controlled sarili ko eh kaya minsan napapahiya yung tao. Ngaun mabait nako

maarte talaga ko...kaya nandito ko...LOL...pero flexible naman ako if the situation calls for it. tinitiis ko na lang. pero kung sa kalinisan. bahala sila mainis sa akin, noh! sila na lang ang magkasakit! LOL...peace!
