amazon lang ba pwede magdownload ng books sa kindle? meron pa bang ibang options? yung free lang..

^Use Calibre to convert ePubs to mobi. Or Mobipocket to convert ePub to PRC.

gusto na sana ni hubby ang kindle,  kaso,  hindi pala daw touchscreen... na try na nya kasi mag ipod touch and ipad,  kaya mas preferred nya na ang touch feature...

^He might like to buy Nook Color or Samsung Galaxy Tablet or stick with his iPad. Or if pweding hindi color yung Sony PRS 350/650 model since they're touch screen. Yung Nook e-Ink kasi yung sa ibaba lang yung touch screen.

Bakit mas mahal pa din ang Kindle DX kesa Kindle 3? Tempting talaga yang 3 for me. Cute nung white. Pag naglabas ang Sanrio ng Hello Kitty cover ng kindle mapapa-go sago ako methinks

I love love love my kindle 3.  I had mine shipped in Cavite.  The $139 price became $179.  Around $20 for shipping cost and $20 for taxes and customcharges.  Not bad.  Its shipped to you door to door via dhl.  No problem with free ebooks.  I downloaded a whole collection from torrents, all 4 gig kindle formatted books from Sophie Kinsella to Agatha Christie to Chelsea Handler, David Sedaris, Perry Mason, you name it.  For long reading, walang hapdi sa mata kahit buong araw ka nagbabasa.  But if you get tired of reading, you can get your earphone because there's a text to speech feature that sounds very natural, not robotic at all.
