Mga sis we have a very small bathroom.. Parang hindi na pwede lagyan talaga ng shower enclosure kasi limited na yung space between shower and [textspeak!] toilet bowl.. I dont like kasi yung mga curtain.. What will i do

This is my dilemma too. Our condo unit is only 32 sqm and the bathroom is only 4sqm. Halos ganto magiging ichura ng shower partition na gusto ko kase halos ganto din yung pwesto ng shower area and toilet:

yung divider na lang sa floor siguro, mga half ng isang hallow blocks. tapos shower curtain. okay na yun sis. =) Just makse sure mahaba shower curtain mo para hindi tumalsik water

Hi @tartyjud alam ko pwede naman na magpapadesign ka lang sa interior designer. Ganon kasi ginawa ko noon, I scouted for one, and asked him if he can design my boyfriend's house. (Yun gift ko sa bf ko for Christmas almost 2 years ago lol!) Magooccular muna yung designer sa house ninyo and will ask for a blueprint (or something like that) para malaman siguro yung sukat sukat. Ayon tapos nagsend lang siya thru email ng proposed design niya, pwede mo naman din manipulate ng konti if you tell the designer kung ano yung particular design na gusto mo.

hi! we are renovating our house, and would like to ask for recommendations.  we had laminated wood flooring in our second floor before and as much as we liked the look and safety (cushiony) for the kids, it kinda warped and peeled over time. we were thinking of making it engineered wood na lang. a little pricier than laminated, pero sana mid-range lang kasi over budget na kami. do you have recommendations for brand? ang dami e, tapos iba iba pa tawag nila. medyo budget friendly na ang hornitex engineered wood daw at 1300/sqm. the others are at 2k up na. is it ok na ba to save on this kasi pare pareho lang sila or malaking difference talaga yung higher priced ones?

and is appollo homestore any good? or are hcg, american standard better? i also saw Cool in ortigas depot. at least one pice toilets sila at a good price.

^^Pergo laminated woods are good.  The have various lines with warranties ranging from 20-50 years.

Im not sure if this is the right thread to post this, pero question na din..ano ba nagandang hati sa thrid floor, dalawang room na malaki or tatlo? Iniisip ko yung 3rd room for visitors, kaso macocompromise naman yung space para sa masters at room ng anak namin... Pero ang hirap naman kung wala extra room pag may bisita.. Yun nga alng hindi kase malaki yung 2nd floor namin,

I'm planning to use frameless glass or other material pero balak ko is 1 panel lang meaning, i will leave the other side open but slightly raised yung floor so that dry pa din the rest of the bathroom. Instead of clear glass, I would want to make it frosted glass (sticker) with design.. siguro bamboo or something, just to make it more refreshing, sexy (kasi silhouette lang, hehe) and at the same time, comfy (kasi di basa the rest of the area.

you can make it 2 rooms with one small common area na you can transform into a visitors area? depende kasi yan sa lifestyle mo. Kami kasi, seldom lang tumatangap ng bisita, so, sayang ang. guest room kung once a month mo lang nagagamit.

ang kids room and master's bedroom, everyday nyo yan ginagamit. think of your lifestyle and habits, then you can decide.

Sis 30sq. Mtrs. Yun, palalagyan ko pa ng cr kahit maliit.. yung extra room sana gusto ko gawin pang bisita, pero tama nga kung di masyadong nagagamit, sayang sa space eh..thanks sa suggestion sis, mukang papahati ko na nga lang sa 2 and small common area..

Make it a study/office room. Where you can easily convert it to  a bed space in case you have a guest or guests sleeping over. In that way, nagagamit mo yung space pag walang bisita.

That partition will make the bathroom mas maliit. I suggest using a light colored shower curtain. Tapos yung mirror/dressing side na wall--put wall-wide mirror sa other side. Para mas mukhang maluwang.

super thankful sa thread na ito, backread talaga ako from page 1. malapit na din kami magparenovate and sa dami kong nakikitang magaganda online and sa magazines, nakakaoverwhelm.

i have an idea on mind na pero hindi pa concrete. kasi medyo paiba iba pa. we will renovate yung 1st and 2nd floor ng house, the first floor, has 1 window lang sa side (which is garahe yung sa labas niya) so no sunlight, the door is huge glass door, so medyo nakakapasok yung sunlight, so nagiisip pa ako ano magandang color ng paint para magmukhang maaliwalas yung place, originally sala and kitchen ang 1st floor, so planning to have 2 rooms pa. wala pa sa akin yung floor plan kasi inuwi ng kuya ng hubby ko sa UK. so not sure ilang sqm  but the 1st floor is huge naman, parang more than 30 sqm. hindi naman super low ceiling pero tama lang. hingi ulit ako ideas dito once concrete na yung plans namin as to what and what not.
