mga sis pajoin..i have a question..ano bang magandang design ng hagdan na hindi masyado sasakop ng space..nagpapagawa kasi kmi ng bahay and maliit lang yung space..

we had our friend archi to make a design for us. nakakatuwa kasi medyo in progress na yung plans. need pa din yung floor plan para makita yung mga old wirings, kung may tatamaan sa gigibain na wall. dedemolished na stairs..

I was planning na color scheme ko eh red, black and white. for paint sa wall. white then furnitures black, then accent of red..sa kitchen, some cabinet doors would be red then black yung sa cabinet doors sa baba.

sa bathroom, medyo maliit lang kasi yung bathroom e, gusto ko sunod din siya sa theme..
any suggestions mga sis if sang part ng wall pwede red yung paint or mas maganda if pure white?

i'd go for pure white masyado madilim tignan yung bahay pag black and also parang masikip and mainit?  or if you want stripes?

nice floor plan, how big is the lot area?

^ naisip ko nga din yun sis e. so baka stick to white paint na lang, then red and black for the accent. either black yung furnitures and some red para sa ibang decor.

i don't know the lot area sis since buo na yung house, yung 1st and 2nd floor inside floor area na lang. approximately 64 sqm.
