When you're hiring an interior designer, may pera ka talaga. Interior designers are like doctors. They fix your home according to your needs. Function always comes first than aesthetics. . They do the layout, work on every details - from type of fabric, cabinet hinges to materials and finishes. Its a tedious job actually. You will see the big difference from the ones copied from maganize than those created by a designer. If you cant afford to hire an interior designer, you can consult to an interior decorator. HTH

I love your dining table! Lalo na yung chairs. Where did you get them?

About sa decors, yung wall, you can put shelves, buy baskets (colorful or wood) which can serve as storage na din. Pwede ka na rin maglagay ng pictures, toys, books, and quotes. Or kahit one word lang like "JOY".

Yung wall sa dining, kahit may maliit na kitchen cart with jars na may candies or ibang snacks for guests. Pwede rin coffee, sugar, etc. Above the cart, may quote siguro?

"& my house"
"we will"
"SERVE the LORD"

Yung dining table, pwedeng change color or kahit dip mo lang yung legs sa bright colors (blue, green, yellow).

Yung curtain sa dining, pwedeng i-dip mo yung dulo sa color para with ombre effect or you can ask someone to paint. Pwedeng ganito geometric triangles

You can keep the mat sa living room. Sa sofa, put throw pillows na bright colors, and cute stuffed toys.

Yung wall sa may stairs, you can paint them using chalkboard paint. Let your kid decorate.

Keep everything sa kitchen. Yung cabinet siguro, kahit yung center na parang design ng doors nya, ipaint ng bright din? Pati sa stairs (hindi yung steps), pwedeng ipaint ng stripes, white and blue.

Hahahaha. Or you can get someone na professional. Since nagfe-feeling lang ako.

^thanks sis. hehe kahet papano nakakuha ako idea.. wala kasi akong ka talent talent sa ganyan kahet mahilig ako magtingin sa pinterest na ooverwhelm ako sa dami ng magandang nakikita ko.

Dining table - old dining table iyon sa house ng boyfriend  ko.. pinahiram lang sa amin.

Good idea about the kitchen cabinets.. paint-an ko  nga salamat

Sa Greenhills minsan nag eexhibit mga ID students ng UP wherein  they showcase their designs which i assume is their thesis...they are just as good as the one that you can see sa magazines. I assume they will charge a lower fee as they are about to graduate pa lang. Per booth may calling cards so they are also looking for prospective clients na din.

I'm lucky na yun kinuha kong contractor ng extension ng house ko ay marunong na din sa interiors... no extra charge. He decided everything pati lights sya na din.

also think of something that can act as divider between your living room and dining room para hindi pagpasok eh dining mo agad makikita..malaki pa ang space mo.

hi sisses! We recently bought a condo unit (32.5 sqm) in Pasig and most likely turn-over is Q4 of this year. Baka meron kayo ma-refer sa akin na ID/ Contractor who can help us put up the unit beautifully. We have na a design in mind, gusto ko pareho nung model unit. Kaso siyempre we want to maximize the small space and we can only do so with the expertise of a professional ID. We have a very limited budget so baka matulungan nyo ako sisses to find a good ID who's not as expensive as the popular ones  TIA!

^We bought the same size of condo (baka same tayo ng condo hehe). Our turn over is supposed to be in Q2 pero wala pa kame balita and baka i-delay din namin since the construction of the other buildings aren't done yet. The challenge really is how to position the furniture to maximize the space but I've talked to some contacts na and I have a design in mind na din.

I just found out about the frosted window/window sticker. Any inputs? We can't decide if curtains or sticker na lang eh. We have a plain white walls and white sliding window.

Saan po ba makakabili ng frosted window film? Alam ko pa lang Ace Hardware.
