^^there's no such thing as a Ghost table in Kartell sis. Philippe Starck's designs for Kartell are Louis Ghost chairs, Victoria Ghost chairs, etc but no ghost table.

Yes, it really does matter. Who would not want to stay in a place that's neat and modern- looking? I believe isa ito sa mga factors na dapat tingnan ng isang home buyer, unless ang bibilhin niya ay isang bare unit at siya mismo ang magbibihis nito. But since busy ngayon ang lahat ng tao, afford mo pa kayang maglaan ng oras para ayusing ang isang buong unit? Ako kasi, when I purchased mine from DMCI Homes, I made sure na maayos na lahat. They even showed me some samples nung nag-i- inquire pa lang ako.

^parang mosaic? i find this tasteful sis. i've been to our home and there are mirrors na parang mosaic ang design. ang ganda! do check it out sis.

^Larger than most mosaic tiles sis. May nakita ako sa Our Home pero maliit siya, balak ko kasi isang buong wall talaga ang lagyan ng mirror.

I suggest sis, wag mong lagyan ng mirror yung buong wall, unless ang point mo is to expand the space and not putting it as an accent. Pero kung maliit lang naman yung wall, pwede na. Pero I suggest pa custom ka na mirror, na uniformed na squares then iba iba ng thickness, para lang may texture, parang cladding, pero mirror. Then lagyan mo ng spot lighting para bongga!

^^ sis heatherette, depending on the kind of effect that you want to achieve sis. pero if you're planning na mosaic mirror (with semi-large tiling), have semi-obvious beveled edges on each cut. i showed it to my client before and she loved it. baka we're pushing on the design now that i'm back. pwede din yung alternate tinted and clear mirror in large and thin strips. hope that helped. =)

^OMG! Nakuha mo yung gusto ko! Beveled edges pala tawag dun haha nakita ko kasi yun sa isang resto at tingin ako ng tingin sa wall to wall mirror nila. Thanks sis!

mga sis, san ba nakakabili ng reasonably priced wall-to-wall carpet. saw one in Megamall 600 pesos per square meter, with installation na. meron bang shops na iba other than megamall?

Hi mga ID sis, need your help & inputs.
Our small unit is ready for turn over and we have some ideas na on how we would like our unit to be like.
When I saw the kitchen cabinets kasi I wanted to change it but the bathroom additional storage cabinet siguro, set up ng head board ng masters bedroom, lighting set up and more on colors/paint ang naiisip namin na we need help of an ID. Yung tiles we dont need to change na naman.

For the sofa we have some preference na like sofa bed kasi nga maliit lang yung unit namin.

How much kaya ang magiging expenses namin if we will have an ID's assistance? We need sana yung affordable or should I say reasonable.

Need your help how to go about this and pano normally process? Thanks!

^Opt for lighter color, like beige, tan, or sienna. If you want ng cozy feel, grasscloth wallpaper ang the best! For flooring, use vinyl wood planks, easy to install, easy to maintain, and very affordable.

You can paint it with brown hues, then add pops of greens or red with the pillows and decors.

Mas okay sis ang vinyl wood flooring. Meron mga vinyl ngayon na parang totoong wood talaga yung texture niya. Mas easier din siyang iinstall and imaintain. Opt for APO brand para sa wood vinyl. Mas maganda kung darker yung tiles mo if beige yung walls mo.
