@sonncza, thanks sis sa suggestion granite na yung napili ko. Sa wall sa living room ako wala maisip na ilagay. Yung paglalagyan ng tv na area. Medyo heavy na kasi if stone ipalagay ko kasi nagpadivider ako. Heavy na tingnan may glass with wood framing na divider. Isip ko textured paint na lang para wala na ako bibilhin na material (gastos na naman yun) kasama naman na kasi sa kontrata yun papintura. Pag maglagay pa ako e labor cost na naman din yun.

mirror sana naiisip ko, kaso d ko matrust instinct ko at nababaduyan ako.

would anyone know kung san makakabili ng murang mirror, balak ko kasi  lagyan ng mirror ang buong wall. although my BF is an ID/prof, gusto ko lang siya minsan debatihin sa mga choices nya. hahaha. although most of the time tama siya, pero hindi ako mapakali kaya i do my own research...and besides, hindi siya nagfo-forum, and i still believe that there are info here that a designer wouldn't get his hands on.

we're scouting some houses in cavite last weekend and we saw CARMELA by camella, saw their model town house.. ang ganda ng interior! kahit maliit ang space madadala talaga ng interior design lang. 

this made me think na kahit hindi maganda sa labas ang house dapat maganda sa loob para masarap mag stay.

you guys know an interior deisgner who could work on a small budget?

anyone here who can give tips on how to install PVC film on cabinet surfaces?  madali lang ba gawin 'yun?  and ok ba sa inyo 'yung PVC film?  nagagandahan kasi ako sa finish nya over tables and cabinet surfaces, especially kung hindi pwedeng i-varnish ang wooden interiors mo.

any idea mga sis how much mag pa interior design ng condo?  nasa 58 sqm?  naka tira na kami dito for 2 years.  but this is my mom's unit, sya nag pa finish nito... eh di namin gusto.

mostly lang naman kelangan ko ng help sa choice of furnitures and kung paano paluwagin ang unit.  and maybe install full wall mirrors.

no construction necessary, kasi sa mom ko parin to, shes just letting me use it for free.  so kelangan to work with whatever she had here installed.

same question with sis ladylucille. We just brought a new home in Cavite and it's less than 50 sq.m. I'm scouting for an Interior Designer but sana medyo mababa lang yung PF kasi di rin naman kalakihan yung budget. Or is it also possible na advise lang so partial fee lang?

it would depend sa contract pa din eh,kung kasama furniture,etc. designer fee 15% of the total contract cost ng renovation. ID fee lang naman diba sis tinatanung nyo diba? if i were you look for bagong mga ID kasi hinde sila masyadong nagcharge ng mahal since 15% charge ng mga pioneer, so yung bago lang puedeng ibaba sa 10% lang

i dont think PVC films are easy to install .. you can experience having bubbles in the middle of the surface. better to ask the supplier if they can install it for you for a fee.

sa mga sisses asking for ID services for a minimum fee.. maybe you can ask ID to give you concepts and Ideas and ask them to charge you for a specific fee not necessarily percentage of the construction cost kasi sa stage na ito wala pang QS or amount of the construction.

This is like Design Consultation only.This will not entail any management from the Designers side .. Kumbaga they give you ideas and then the Client will execute it. Applicable ito if there are no constructions/ Renovations to be done. like maybe choosing Fabrics, Furnitures, Finishes etc. so the client will just follow the designer advices. The designer can choose the material and finishes herself and give the supplier info to the client .. this all depends to the understanding of the client and designer and as to what fee the designer will charge for their ideas.
