im with a UK account too. compared sa Americans mas masarap ngang kausap Brits. kaya lang minsan yung form ng sarcasm nila iba. pero hindi sila pala mura, usual na irate tone nila "this is utterly so frustrating!" haha!

let's not forget the "appalling customer service people from india!" hahahaa. asar na asar sila sa mga colleagues namin from India. well in fairness, not to be racist, nakaka-bwiset nga naman kausap ang mga naka-base doon, iba ang accent.

since sa correspondence na ako, minsan nakaka-nosebleed rin ang mga choice of words nila. hahaha.

eichy: I agree, super laid back ng mga Aussies. Toxic ang mga Kano sobra, been with US accounts for 5.5years and will turn 1 year with this Au account I'm currently in. Although the company sucks a bit, di ko maiwan kasi madali yung account and hindi queueing.

been working in PS naman for more than 3 yrs! super petiks sa lob namin lalo na pm shift ako. calls ko 10-15 lang in a day. pero hindi na din pala maganda pag tumagal na, boring na siya for me. gustong-gusto ko na mag-resign lalo na pag di ko nami-meet yung targets! ahahah. sales kc kami.

alam ko transcom may opening sa non-voice. but that was a month ago kaya not sure kung meron pa ngayon.

Aussie account din ako! Super dali ng account ko and 80% dayshift atleast nabubuhay ako ng normal haha Sarap kausap ng mga aussies kasi mababait love love

I just recently got into a BPO wherein most of the accounts handled are Aus accounts. Too bad for me though, I was profiled for an US Account. Haha!

Gusto ko na rin sana ng Austrailian account para dayshift. Si H2B kasi Dayshift hirap, magkaiba kami ng oras. T_T

Mga sis baka may alam kayong post na open for Non voice account or maybe day shift accounts. Need a job sana kasi more than a year na ako jobless since nagstop from my last work. Looking sana within Pasay-Makati area. Help naman po. Thank you!

hi sisses! i was formerly an outbound call girl harhar. but then bata pa ko eh so yoko tumagal sa ganitong trabaho  i was very happy being a call center agent ang laki kasi ng pera eh lalo na pag kumokota  dami ko ding napundar less than one year lang so thankful talaga ko sa first job ko.  pero syempre wala ng mas masarap pa sa corporate world..

lahat dayshift kase Australian Company din.. ang maganda pag hindi sobrang laki ng company eh
well compensated ang employees.. sarap kase office hours lang tapos 20k+ sweldo ganda pa ng benefits kase single ako kaya lugi sa mga medical benefits pero dito pwede parents ko..
 super stable pa unlike sa malalaking call centers na kapag na pull out account mo eh wala ka na din work
