hello everyone, i'm a newbie here, i've been working in a BPO industry for almost 7 yrs now, yes i agree na mas msarap magwork sa non-voice accnt kasi hindi ka namumura ng customer, abt stress naman, part na talaga yan ng work.. =)

pasali. newbie ako dito at nakita ko itong thread. almost two years nako sa cc non-voice account dati for email and chat support ngayon nalipat ako sa voice account pati schedule nabago from day shift to night shift. hirap mag adjust tsaka ang layo ng inuuwian ko. sa byahe napupunta yung tulog ko

@ysa.belle, yes sis non-voice ang accnt ko, sorry po pero wala kami hiring ngaun eh..besides mag hiring man sa amin, sa iloilo branch lang...dito sa manila malabo ngaun eh... =)

If you know any non voice accounts na hiring pa-PM naman po. Used to be assigned sa Voice account but I don´t think I want to go back. Saka better if it is day shift! (abuso!! hahaha).

joining! been working for this company for a year and a month now. started out as first line voice support for customer service and billing (aka super agent). then on april 2011, they opened a new L.O.B. and i was one of those selected to be on email/correspondence support. petiks siya, although mas nakaka-stress nga like what was mentioned by our sisses earlier. ang hirap isulat yung ipapaliwanag mo lang ng 2 minutes sa customer.

hi sisses..i've been in a BPO industry for 2 years now and I must say that i'm getting bored already..I would like to try non-voice acct coz i've been hearing that non-voice accts are petiks..i'm in sales LOB and it's kinda mahirap to convert..i've also tried customer support and what I don't like about it is not the job itself but the customers.you will surely experience racists,rude,arrogant..name it,but then of course there is always an exception pero as in mabibilang mo lang talaga ang mga customer na mababait esp if they would know that you came from Asia/Phils..

Been in the BPO for almost 5 years now. CSR, TSR, Sales hehe I've handled US and Australian accounts. I got a call yesterday from another BPO. For back office and collections post daw, interview on Tuesday! Sana makapasa ako, nastress na rin ako kaka-take ng calls

less stressful ang non voice. you have more freedom pa kasi hindi ka naka auto in all the time

kami naman naka-auto in pa rin..although naka-fence in na kami.

petiks sa non-voice, kaso pressure rin. baka this july daw i-introduce na yung completes per hour policy. i'm with a UK account, btw.

although we still do callbacks (lalo na kapag letters ang na-a-assign), based sa comments ng colleagues ko mas ok daw kausap mga Brits compared to Americans.

ako din gusto ko nadin mag non voice talaga, kasi recurrent tonsilitis na ako, for operation na ako kaso ayaw ko, GA na naman kasi last year CS ako.

So hanap din ako ng non voice, 2 years na rin ako sa voice accounts
