Hello pandalicious..!

If you're a TSR, parang technical issues ang hinahandle mo. Customer's call you pag may issue sila sa kanilang laptop, printer, internet, etc.., usually, you will be doing T/S over the phone, or arrange service calls for your customers

Pag CSR naman, parang customer's issues ang hinahandle mo, like bank account issues, general questions or requests. Naging CSR ako before tapos assign ako sa cancellations dept, so puro account cancellations ang hinahandle ko..

i also worked before in a call center. Sprint account. They said na this is the most difficult account and i think yes. Nagresign ako sa super hirap!

^What made it difficult sis? Is it the system/software? Accdg to my friends who have handled Sprint, it is toxic but not so difficult naman.  I think TelCos (both AT&T and Sprint) are really toxic kasi.

^basta nahirapan ako sis. maybe because first call center experience ko rin yun. i had no problem dealing with 'yes' surveys. medyo ang hirap lang maka-goal din ng AHT esp. pag ang daldal ng client.  though, maganda talaga ang salary sa call centers. Maganda rin naman ang Sprint account lalo na pag nakaka quota and may sales ka. super happy pag pay day

^ ay oo, basta pag sales, winner talaga esp pag maayos ang incentive scheme.

I came from Sales, and we had $1 incentive per sale before provided you reached the target stats. Ok naman kaso mahirap ma maintain, lalo na kung adherence sa schedule ang pinaguusapan.

TSR deals with equipments you provide assistance by explaining how to use or troubleshooting an equipment e.g. computers. internet connection etc.

Ganun ba ka-busy ang call center GT moms? Ang tagal nang walang nagpost dito ah. Hehe. Buhayin natin ulit. 2.5 years nako sa call center, first call center ko 'to, technical support rep ako. OK naman kaso I don't think I'm earning enough.

Baka may alam kayo na at least 21k ang basic at malaki ang allowance?
