I have MAC Studio Fix Liquid and Bobbi Brown Natural Finish Long Lasting Foundation. I prefer BB kasi I found my exact match. Although I'm NC20 in MAC, the foundation was never really a match, its too yellow. As in para akong may hepa while sa BB, blended perfectly. MAC naman is heavy on the skin and with its name implies that its used more on studios hence di pwede araw arawin while sa BB skin-friendly siya. It feels very light and feels like a second skin.

i agree with you sis, glad i chose the bb natural finish long lasting foundation over nars... not that i dont like nars ha, nars addict din ako, but this foundie is the best for me 

@sis harleguin91,  sulit sya kasi  i only apply that in the morning, pea size lang nagagamit ko....tapos loose powder na lang during the day if i want to retouch..

di pa sis, though nate-tempt na talaga ako bumili kasi nga gusto ko yung effect nung foundie, pero kakabili ko lang kasi sa nars... cant really splurge right now as i plan to buy another lv 

dami ko gusto i-try, heard their brushes are really good.. hay nako, minsan talaga ayoko nagpupunta ng rustans, magastos      at minsan parang ayoko na ding magbasa dito, mas magastos, LOL!!! peace

^^Yung pressed nila good for retouching or for setting ng makeup. Ang gusto ko sa BB madali makakuha ng shade since limited ang pink undertones nila so good for us na yellow toned.

most make-up and fashion books naman mas maganda if you can borrow nalang kasi saglit lang hindi mo na uulitin plus the trends change din.

but it's better to own one if you're an aspiring make- up artist. there are classic looks that transcend trends and time. and everything begins with the basics.

I have the book as a gift.

I'd say it's interesting, but you can find the information in websites/videos, if you know how to look. If you can't be bothered to look, you should buy it.

There's a LOT of pictures. Plus kung makeup-artist goal mo, it doesn't really help you in improving your techniques...

I'm just a casual make-up user and I'd say that videos and the occasional workshops help me more than that book. Kung techniques lang habol mo.

ms. honey: very amiable and approachable ang SAs ng BB makati. si linda and bea. sa shangri- la, si dennis, my fave SA of all time. so sad he was relocated.

super sulit si bobbi brown skin foundation. ang ganda talaga ng finish. at tipid pa. tsaka tinitipid tipid ko. it's my go- to foundation eh.

i want to try a bobbi brown eyeshadow. makita nga kung ano pa kulang sa stash ko then bili ako isa sa bobbi brown.
