Hi sa mga sis natin na bumili ng extra rack for imarflex convection oven. Worth it ba na bumili pa ng extra rack? hindi ba masyadong masikip na kung 3 layers for baking lalo na sa cookies?

^My Asahi convection oven came with a grill, solid tray, and crumb tray, and all worked as multi-layer racks. No need to buy extra racks.

My problem with it though was only the middle part would bake correctly -- the racks closer to the rods burnt much faster even with the convection turned on. So if I want to bake multiple layers, I have to keep rotating trays, keep adjusting the convection/rod settings, and keep changing the temperature. Masmatagal ang baking, laging nabubuksan yung oven door, at medyo hassle. Parang mas-okay tuloy na pa-isa-isang layer na lang, halos same lang din ang electricity consumption.

^Same experience with my Imarflex oven. I tried baking 2 layers of cupcakes/cookies at the same time, ganun din I keep on rotating the pans and bantay talaga to prevent burning lalo na yung nasa upper layer. Then yung nasa baba sobrang tagal maluto.

Before, ang plan ko talaga mag-order pa ng extra rack. Pero now na lagi ko na sya nagagamit and pansin ko na mas okay if max of 2 layers lang. Best result pag 1 rack at a time. So di ko na nga lang siguro ituloy plan na bumili ng extra rack, di ko rin masyado magagamit.

Hi sis. Yung may mga  30L imarflex oven, is it the IT-300crs model? Kasi nung nag inquire ako, it is 6,300. Pero discounted siya kaya 5,300 nalang.. i wonder if its the same model, nagmahal lang..
