Same here, looking for stainless grill rack for imarflex oven. I got this number from Imarflex FB account, 832-2175. Hope this helps!

One more thing, anong cupcake pan ang ginagamit ninyo? Kasi yung small lang ang nagkasaya sa akin, 2oz ata yun. Mas maganda sana kung 3oz, kaya lang hindi ko alam kung anong size ng cupcake pan yun.

Any idea?

hi, girls! I'm just new here and i'm soo glad to have access to this forum... Been wanting to bake for so long kaso laging problem ko eh wala naman nga akong oven. When I was in college, my sister bought a La Germania pero nasira na ng di nagagamit kasi i was hardly home (was studying in Manila then)... plus  mahirap gamitin, need kasi gas so hassle if may separate pa siyang LPG tank. (Iba kasi ang pinaglulutuan naming stove.) I even tried baking using a caserola! (may nagturo sakin dati, ok naman kaso syempre, tantyahan ang temperature at limited ang space)... simple cookies at brownies lang nagawa ko dati... Pero masaya na ako at nafulfill ko yung desire kong makapag-bake, kahit pano...

anyway, i'm so grateful for all the info that i've seen here especially about the mini-oven... Yesterday, I was about to buy a turbo broiler because a friend told me that it's good enough for baking... I was still having second thoughts, though.. Good thing, i thought of searching if there's a thread here about ovens! And i got all the info that i wanted and more! Thanks a lot! Now, i'm eyeing that Imarflex mini oven... It's really a good brand. Our oven toaster (which we had when I was in highschool pa) was just replaced recently! And I'm already in my early 30s!  :)

again, thanks so much for sharing what you know about baking... really a great help (pati yung mga "clueless" questions ko, nasagot na!  ;)

my sister in law gave me her oven cause she had a koppi roti branch before unfortunately hindi siya nag click, and so she learned na i wanted to bake nga kaya lang yung oven na binigay niya is super laki and stainless siya buong stainless parang feeling ko napaka inconvenient gamitin, kasi hindi siya pang home used parang ito yung ginagamit sa mga bakery.  :(  up until now hindi ko siya ginagalaw.

question mga sis, kelangan pa ba yon ibalot ng aluminum foil or just grill as is?

salamat :)

grill as is sis. ;)

have to put away my mini oven for this holidays muna. I used the big conventional oven that I have. Dami kasing dapat i-bake and the limited oven space is kinda taxing.

^ No problem sis.

By the way sisses, another trick that I do for juicy roast chicken using the mini oven, is that i use the store bought marinades by knorr ata yun ( forgot the brand). Basta yung naka sachet lang. Then i-dilute ko yung powder sa warm water. Then I buy those 10ml syringes (the ones used in the hospital. Meron sa mercury or small botika) tapos i-aspirate ko yung juice then inject ko sa chicken. Improvised na lang ako kasi wala akong nung poultry-injection-something-the-chefs-use LOL! :D Make sure though walang lumps na makaka-clog dun sa needle. I strain the brine to be sure. Then bake it for 50-1:15 minutes depending on the size of the chicken. The skin will be crisps and the meat is oh-so-juicy! ;) Make sure you keep the fan on.

Hope that helps!

i bought also the mini oven kahit meron naman yung gas range ko, parang mas trip kong gamitin yung imarflex :)   kaya lang nung niluto ko yung chicken medyo parang umitim, naka on naman ang fan....so i thought dapat talaga nakabalot ng foil....?

^ mas maganda if you turn the upper rods off for the first half of baking then turn it on nalang afterwards para mag-crisp yung balat. when you wrap it in foil kasi, magtutubig or kakataas. di na cya juicy. plus it gonna look like pinakuluan. we put foil lang dun sa wings kasi medyo mabilis masunog yung part na yun. ;)

^thanks for the tip sis.

yong knorr, yon ata yong magic mix ba yon, my aunt also uses that to marinade for fried chicken, malasa nga siya.

so safe pala gamitin ang foil sa oven.  kasi di ba sa microwave ba o toaster, bawal?   then me nakita din ako na nagbake siya ng pandesal, binalot naman niya sa cling wrap, so safe din to?  kasi naman walang details yong sa manual ng oven na nabili namin.

depende sis. may temp gauge kasi ako. sometimes it takes around 10-15 minutes bago ma-reach yung desired temp ko. so what i do, before i start anything like mixing, sifting, the likes, preheat ko na yung oven. ;)

^sorry sis medyo slow lang first time eh. For example, the temp for baking is 350 F. Should I preheat it at 350F? I have an oven thermometer so dapat yung temp sa loob magreach ng 350F. For first timer sis ano ba ang marerecommend mo na pagpractisan cookie or brownies? thanks!

my oven is Imarflex 28L
