thanks sis maika14! had trouble reconciling lang sa aking utak kung kaya niya ang hotness.

i also have another question. wasn't able to buy an oven yet, pero i did see one sa Subic pa. a Wimpex mini-oven, 42L. this is the first time i've seen an oven na 42L tapos pwede siya sa countertop. but is Wimpex a good brand? meron na bang nagkaexperience sa Wimpex? am planning to buy it in 2 weeks time when we go back kasi. na-excite ako.

Nakabili na ako ng imarflex oven....And first thing na gagawin ko is to roast a chicken...

Favor naman mga sis, ilang mins ba ang pagroast ng chicken at anong hehe..first ko kasing gagamit nitong oven...

Was able to bake lasagna and brownie using my mini oven. First try ng brownie naoverbake buti na lang hindi nasunog

Next batch perfect na hehe

Pa-join!

I just bought my 28L Imarflex mini oven at Anson's. Sa Landmark sa Trinoma... Tumaas na ang presyo niya ngayon, P3990 na. Siyempre, sa sobrang excitement, namili na agad ako ng ingredients para gumawa ng vanilla cupcake (from joyofbaking.com). Too bad, di kasya yung pan na nabili ko sa Divisoria worth P130 lang. Kaya ayun, sugod agad sa Shopwise Cubao. I think around 8x10.5 lang ata size nung binili namin kasi yun lang ang kasya. Ang problema naman, di kasya yung liners ko.. hehe. Kesa ma-spoil yung excitement ko, instead na 1 dozen yung nilagay ko, 6 pieces na lang. Alternate sila sa holes. Two batches tuloy ang baking ko. Pero SUCCESS!

May problem lang ako, yung dome ng cupcake ko, nag-crack. Lahat sila... Any idea why? Pasensya na mga sis, noob lang ako sa baking. Actually, FIRST ko yun.

Nood lang sa youtube at basabasa sa mga blog ng mga tips... Kaya ayun, diko ma-explain bakit nagkaganun mga cupcakes ko... hehe. Please help. Thanks in advance mga sis!

C^Sis, they sell it at SM Appliances in SM Makati. Meron din sa Landmark Department Store and Anson's (Cash & Carry and The Link branches). Parehas lang ang prices, 3,990. Last Sept. 3520 pa pero nagtaas na Imarflex ngayon. That's why I opted to buy the Asahi convection oven kasi P2,400 lang siya tapos I got further discount pa when I used my SM advantage points. It's tricky lang to use kasi walang switch yung convection fan unlike sa Imarflex pero kailangan lang siguro aralin. I can't buy Imarflex yet kasi medyo mahal, sayang din yung almost P1,500 na difference.

The tricky part with the Asahi convection oven is pag yung lower rods ang gamit mo walang convection, pag yung upper rods may convection, pag parehas upper ang lower rods may convection. Mga sis, may tips ba kayo on how to use this type of convection oven?

I got my imarflex oven sa Western sa Festival Mall last Oct 1 buti pala nakabili na ako bago sya nag increase parang 3500+ lang bili ko. Yung Kyowa na 28L nasa 2.8K naman sa Robinson's Department Store but I decided to buy Imarflex kahit mas mahal kasi feeling ko mas matibay.

Hi sis!!! Yehey! nakaroast na rin kami ng brother ko ng chicken..yung nga lang lagi namin chinecheck..as in kasi di ko sure yung time hehe pero so far eh ok naman yung roasting...

Sis maika14...help naman po...may nakita po kasi akong cake recipe na ang temperature eh nasa 300+degrees..pano ko po yung iseset? ilagay po sa 250 tapos dadagan yung baking time??? Sensya na sis ha...newbie kasi sa paggamit ng oven..thanks

^ Set mo sa 270 or 280. For chicken, just follow how long ang roasting time sa recipe. Then to be sure, insert a fork dun sa breast part ng chicken for about 3-4 seconds tapos tangaling mo na at i-touch mo sa lips mo. LOL! Pag napaso ka, the chix is done na.. Promise, ginagawa ko to. Nakakatakot lang. Sabi ng asawa ko, masochist daw ako. LOL!

Babylhot, usually, nag crack ang cupcakes pag konti lang ang moisture content or nasobrahan ka sa init and many other factors. Although kagandahan ng cupcakes, pwedeng lagyan ng icing to hide any imperfections. As long as they taste great, ok lang yun!

sis, convert mo ang temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius

mga sis, alam nyo po ba san nakakabili ng extra wire rack para sa imarflex? kasi gusto ko sana dalawang cookie sheet ang mailagay ko para di sayang ang time. Help naman mga sis, pano nyo ginagawa na dalawang sheet ang maipasok kung walang extra wire rack.
