^^ Sis, eggless yung recipe ko eh. Hindi na sya yung regular recipe for the cinnamon roll. Hindi sya ganun kalambot due to the absence of egg. Kasi allergic sa itlog yung isang pamangkin ko. Kaya bawal ang lahat ng pagkain na may itlog. Hay, kung alam mo lang kung pano ko nagawa yung cinnamon roll na walang itlog. Haggardness!  At least OK na sya ngayon. Unti unti na syang ine-expose. That one has eggs in it though. It's better actually kasi mas malambot. Pero yung pandesal na nabibili sa regular bakery sa kanto, walang itlog. May recipe din ako nun. Mas simple ng konti. Palakihan ng muscles sa pag knead. hehe.

^ Sis, its either patay na yung yeast mo or masyadong malakas yung hangin ng turbo mo kaya napigilan yung pag alsa ng dough? Kasi sa Mini oven, turbo convection din sya eh. May hangin din na nagsi-circulate. Hindi naman napigilan yung pag alsa ng dough ko. Hmm.. Bakit kaya.. Na-pm ko na yung isang recipe for pandesal. Eggless yun so expect na mala-bakery sa kanto yung texture nya ah? Mahanginan lang ng konti, matigas na. Haha! I wanna learn how pan de manila do their pandesal sana. Ang lambot kasi nung sa kanila kahit one-day-old na.

hi! im also planning to buy an oven but im torn between the built in oven and the table oven like this http://www.lagermania.com.ph/SL-155_40WT.htm.. Im a first time baker so really dont have any idea. we plan to bake pasta, cookies, muffins, cakes and also for roasting chicken and baking pasta.. it will only be hobby.

what can you suggest? thanks!

^parehas tayo sis. yan la germania din na yan ang iniisip kong bilhin kaso di ko sure kung malakas ba sya sa kuryente or not. yun de-gas naman na version nyan parang di ko pa rin maimagine pano ko gagamitin. kelangan ko pa bumili nun ng oven thermometer pag yun ang binili ko.

meron bang table top oven na pwede sa gas at pwede rin sa electric? hehe.

^mini oven lang. parang in between toaster at microwave ang size. 18 liters capacity daw yun maraming sale. yun mas malaki i forgot ilang liters ang capacity.

yun la germania na table top oven is 49 liters capacity so malaki talaga.

may sale ang imarflex sa cash & carry. yun electric oven (rotisserie) na 1.8L, around 1,600 na lang. pero original price daw is around 2,600 or something. ito ba yun sinasabi nyo mga sis na convection oven?

medyo nalito ako kasi meron din isa pang kind na turbo convection oven naman siya, 1.8L din. pareho din price.

not sure kung til end of oct nandun pa rin sila. hindi kasi ako masagot nun nagbabantay. medyo hindi yata talaga sila from imarflex yun mga sales people. parang tagabantay lang sila dun.

i saw one na imarflex yung brand in anson's ba yon sa Megamall. sa lowerground. yung malapit sa bowling center. 20plus liters yung capacity then pwede din daw pang gawa ng cupcakes kung hobby lang, then rottiserie na rin sya. it's Php3,450. gusto ko rin bumili.  gusto makapagcook ng lasagna, baked macaroni and baked mussle.

worth it naman bilhin diba?

babalikan ko talaga yun. kukulitin ko si hubby hanggang sa magsawa sya at ibili ako.. teehee

I went to SM Makati kanina to look at convection ovens. Aside from the Imarflex brand, meron din Asahi which is cheaper by around P1k. Ok na brand din ba ang Asahi, mga sis? For personal consumption lang naman mga ibe-bake ko if ever and baka di ko din lagi gamitin what do you girls think, should I just get the Imarflex one para mas matibay?

mm i don't know about other brands.. I chose imarflex kasi may rotisserie sha para makapag roast ako ng chicken. 28L capacity yata yun. siguro kung di mo naman need mga yun ok na yun smaller one

^alam mo sis nanghihinayang ako. kasi early this year, nasa 6900 lang yan. tapos 7600 yun electric and 8700 yun may burner sa taas.

last time na nagcheck ako,  mga 3Q this year, yun electric e 8950 na!. imagine from 7600 naging 8950. haay!

if you really want to buy la germania, let me know, PM ko sa u yun numbers kung san ka makakabili ng mas mura. around 1k cheaper than the showroom price pero sa showroom mo rin kukunin yun unit.

i wonder kung magssale sila since christmas naman. haay

undecided pa kasi ako. ayaw kasi ng mom ko ang electric. e ako naman nagbabayad ng kuryente! hehe. yun imarflex naman kasi e naliliitan ako. kagandahan lang e may rottiserie na rin sya. yun la germania na table top kasi e wala.

malamang neto ang bagsak ko e yun gas range na talaga.
