sis, kamusta experience mo sa elorde alabang? plan ko din sana to enroll? how much? may one on one trainer ba? need na ba ng mga gamit for boxing sa 1st day? thanks..

Hi Sis. Hindi ako natuloy last saturday. This saturday ako punta. Php 500 ang annual fee then Php 200/session but if you gonna go there between 12 noon to 4 pm, Php 150/session lang.

May trainer daw and you have  to bring your boxing stuff or you may rent na lang ng gamit.

hi sisses! i love boxing and ask ko lang if there is someone who also experienced the same thing re boxing..di ako ganun kadalas mag box talaga..1-2 mos ko pa lang tri-ny..pero grabe.lumaki ang biceps ng bongga. parang lalaki talaga..i had to stop kasi manly talaga tignan even if i really love boxing..i also do a lot of cardio so i don't know kung mabilis lang talaga ko magbuild ng muscle as a girl..
i really love it,pero ganun ba talaga?if i try mma or muay thai, would i start building muscle mass again? problem ko na to before pa,i tried circuit training before with lots of weights and di pa nakaka one month,muscle galore na naman. different reactions kami ni bf kasi nung nagcircuit sya, sya naman nawalan ng muscle mass and nangayayat..i like having some toned muscles,i admire women who have female cuts here & there,pero ayaw ko yung parang sa kin na brusko talaga tignan..nahihiya ako pag may nakakakitang may biceps na talaga ako thank you sisses!

Hi! Anyone tried Elorde's in NAIA? There's an ongoing deal in ensogo right now and since it's the Elorde's NAIA is the one nearest from my place, I got it na.

Also, can you share your experiences on your first day of boxing? What kind of warm-ups/routines you did?

Pa join ako, interested ako magboxing kasi nabasa ko na it's good for weight loss. Pwede kaya sa akin 'to na need mabawasan ng malaki laking amount of weight? Overweight ako eh, malapit na maging obese  .

Hi Girls!!!

Nag-search ako about boxing reviews sa Elorder Gym, and lumabas tong thread na to at super nag-enjoy ako sa mga posts nyo.. Mag start ako mag boxing mga katapusan ng Jan 2013 or 1st ng Feb., sa Elorde Gym Starmall Alabang baka meron sa inyong mag box din dun, para may ka-buddy/ka-chika na rin.. hehe..

I really wanted to try this. But concern ko lang po mga sisses, I have a small frame - 5'0" lang ako and I weigh 45 kg. Would it be okay for me to try this? Actually nagtry din ako magtingin ng gloves kanina but I look ridiculous, ang laki-laki ng gloves para sa akin, mas malaki pa sa face ko, natatawa nga sa akin yung best friend ko. Now I'm having doubts if ita-try ko pa sya, baka di rin ako fit for this kind of exercise.

Meron po ba dito na mga petite rin ang frame pero nagba-box?

Mga sis, after reading previous posts, I will try boxing (naengganyo haha), pupunta ako today sa Elorde Naia for my first session.  Sino nagbabox dun? Gusto ko sana magkaroon ng buddy para magkaroon ako ng lakas ng loob.

Handwraps palang nabibili ko, bukas na siguro ako titingin ng gloves. Kinakabahan and at the same time, excited. Sana naman di patayan ang first session.

@KittiEKittiE, last week madami ako nakita na mga girls na petite na nagbobox sa elorde naia, although paminsan minsan lang yata sila pumunta (or di ko lang siguro natitiyempuhan).

^Meron sa ibang malls. Olympic Village stores have Everlast. A pair of Everlast gloves usually range from Php1.8K to 2.5K+.
