mga sis, pano kaya mag commute from Makati Ave. to Estrella, sa Fightclub? I really wanted a pair of Twins boxing gloves.

i'll start next week sa Elorde Makati Ave. TIA! :D

Mas maganda ba yung Twins kaysa Everlast? Alin mas mura? TIA.

hi mga sis, there's a deal in cash cash pinoy na unlimited boxing sessions per month sa elorde. meron ding single sessions na promo. im highly interested kasi di ako namomotivate sa workout dvds.

1. what are the usual equipment needed?

thanks in advance mga sis!

^You only need hand wraps, available in most sports retail stores, Php100+/pair yung cheapest, and of course, boxing gloves.

May ab work out din.

Good luck and sana magustuhan mo boxing as much as I do!  ;)

Its also a good way of loosing weight. I've tried almost all weight loss program but so far boxing is my favorite. In my 1 month (15 session) training I've lost 10 pounds, not bad! ;D

^ Good job sis! Lakas nga maka baba ng weight ito.

Whew! Tried it again yesterday and today, wala lang sarap lang ng feeling kahit sobrang sore ng katawan, so paguwi ko bagsak ako sa kama kakabangon ko nga lang haha. Tomorrow ulit!

jazzygelable, kaya mo yan sis me nga eh I'm only 5'2'' at 119 lbs eh nakaya ko naman.
