Hi chinita_eyes, I have tried for several months to get into this field but still not successful despite good credentials. Knowledgable naman ako sa mga guidelines etc.. Wala lang akong monitoring experience to get into this field :'( Entry level lang ako and I don't see opportunities for entry level candidates. Lahat ng positions need 1 year experience. Hay.. if only they give us equal chance.. I have applied in their website since ayaw nila ng walk-in applicants pero wala pa din response. I don't want to give up this dream because this is what I really want to do :'(  Ano pang paraan pwede ko gawin to get into this field?

I'm not yet a CRA but I am targeting this position. And yes, kailangan ng experience before ka makapasok sa ganitong field. Im currently a Study Coordinator/ Clinical Research Coordinator and its a good stepping stone if you want to be a Clinical Research Associate.

I dont want to make you guys feel bad about your salary but my 23 year old daughter just graduated last May 2015 with a degree of Doctor of Pharmacy, passed her California Pharmacy Board exams a few weeks ago and she is now working full time  making at least $60/hr starting salary.  She owes a lot of  graduate student loans though and she  needs to pay them for the next several  years. She was always a studious, sharp and hardworking student. At least I dont have to worry about her financially.
