Anyone here who had infection after cs? Pero hindi sa sugat ha. I have infection pero di pa alam ni doc ano specific pero merong vag discharge.

^ako papunta na sa yeast infection yung sakin nun sis...itchiness naman symptoms ko nun..pero wala pa discharge.

hello mga sis..

I gave birth last sept 21 through CS..
to be honest, i was never prepared emotionally,physically & spiritually na i would end up CS..its very heartbreaking for me, besides the fact na maraming nakakainis na tao sa paligid ko na parang ako pa ang sinisisi dahil na-CS ako..
i was admitted 230am, cervix fully dilated and effaced 4pm, umire ako for 2 hours, hinde bumaba si baby, occiput anterior sya, nakatingala sya on her way out. nagdecide si OB na CS pero humirit pa ako ng isang ire pero we end up CS..

nalulungkot ako kung baket ako na-CS, ang dami kong iniisip na what if's, is this normal? sorry, medyo emo ako.. hinde alam ni hubby eto since he is away out of the country, hinde ko pa sya nakakausap ng masinsinan after the c section.

^truth be told sis, and this is the 1st time i'll be saying this out in the "open", nung na-cs ako there was a bit of me that felt i was a failure iniisip ko, di ko na-feel yung sinabi nilang para kang na-p**p, yung talagang "nanganak", yung may lumabas dun sa labasan ng bata.

pero hanggang dun lang, i didn't let it get the best of me.  tama na yung tinanggap ko nalungkot ako na di ako nakapag-normal.  you have to accept na it's not for you and there are reasons why it worked for others and not for you.  in our case, si baby ang magsa-suffer pag pinilit natin yung gusto natin.  ang importante naman at the end of the day is buhay at maayos si baby.

^^almost all mommies na emergency cs sis makakaramdam daw ng anxiety na na-cs sila... so that's normal. parang overwhelmed ka sa experience. take time to relax and enjoy this new phase.

In my case, happy naman ako na na cs ako.. That i didnt feel the labor pains and all.. Yun siguro ang advantage or disadvantage na everyday nakakakita ng nsd..

chinilachika -- thanks sis! i feel that same way too, i felt i was a failure, alam ko sa sarili ko kaya ko ilabas si baby ng normal, yun lang occiput anterior sya kaya nahirapan ako mag-nsd, but i did try.. kaya nga kahit CS ako, i strive hard na exclusive breastfeeding kami ni baby, i feel less than a mom kasi hinde ko sya nailabas ng NSD..

mishyewarians -- buti ka pa hinde naglabor, i was in labor for 10hrs, fully dilated and effaced and all pero ayun CS pa rin pala..

Prolonged second stage yung nangyari sayo sis.. For me, thats the most difficult (aside from the high risk situations) in all the indications for cs.. Yung naka table ka na and naka lithotomy posn ka na, everybody is prepared tapos cs pala..


For me, theres nothing wrong in cs del.. Rather than i force mag push, then pagka nagka problem ifo-forceps.. Mas mahirap yon and kawawa talaga si baby..


Cheer up sis, if you still like to have normal delivery, pwede naman basta super tagal lang interval dun sa previous mo.. And no complications and hindi ganon ka big yung tummy mo..

@sis serendipity02, you're not a failure. you tried, gave it your all, baby was in distress. you had no other choice. enjoy your bundle of joy who is alive and healthy

Sched cs na ako on oct 17.. Medyo sad gusto ko sana itry mag-normal kasi cs ako nung una, although wala naman naging problem like maliit pelvic (tama ba ako). Sabi kasi failure sa pagdescend si baby at 9cm. Now naman after ultrasound kahapon sabi kasi ni ob titingnan nya pa ang size ni baby kung pwede magtrial muna before cs, nakita nya na mataba daw si baby baka daw mahirapan ako. Kaya cs ulit.

Im also torn between vbac and repeat cs. sabi ni doc pwede. sabi ni hubby baka daw manibago ako and since may sugat na ko sa tummy cs na lang ulit. sabi ng sis ko pag daw vbac trial at na emergency cs din mas magastos kesa elective repeat cs. what do u think sisses? tia!

U mean trial of scar sis..uhm, parehong may point hubby and sis mo..if you have a chance naman mag normal, why not..faster ang recovery.. Yes mas dagdag sa hosp bill mo and pf,  mas matagal ka ng ilang days sa hospital kasi mag labor ka rather than elective, OR ka kaagad..and mga meds na gagamitin mo, addnl expenses yon..

^Thanks sis sa input... mukhang lamang nga na repeat cs na lang kasi kakatakot hospital bills ngayon ayokong magulat tsaka big baby na naman yata itong second ko, four months pa lang ako pero palit damit na hindi na ko magkasya sa clothes ko Thank again sis!

I feel the same way ...sobrang sama sa loob ko...tapos sa isip ko pinerahan lang ako nung doctor kaya nya ko CS. Pero anliit lang ng prof fee nya...

Tapos people around me pa halos normal delivery... Kaya noone understands...na you need to rest for a period of time para magheal inside...they expect me to be strong as fast as nsd moms.

Anghirappp talaga pero unti unti nakakacope up nako...Super unexpected talaga na maccs ako nagdiet pako para lumiit si baby paglabas nya anliit nya parang premies tuloy...

Ako din nung na CS dati sama din ng loob, kasi feeling ko talaga kaya ko ring inormal, at pinaghandaan ko pa siya, nag yoga ako, nagswimming, para lang di mahirapan sa panganganak, tapos i ended up CS pala dahil maliit ang sipit-sipitan.  Ngayon naman, sabi baka daw pwedeng itry maging normal, pero parang natatakot na rin akong dumaan sa labor pains tapos i-c-CS din pala in the end..

^OT yata toh pero totoo kaya yung sabi nila na pag elective cs not covered by philhealth? Only emergency cs lang daw ang covered.

Anyway, I was hoping for a VBAC this time sana para makasave na din and dahil sa mabilis na recovery. But since CS ulet, ok na din basta safe kami ni baby and wala din labor pains.

Sis, elective = scheduled ba? If yes, I had one due to transverse lie si baby last 2009 and it was covered by Philhealth. Hope this helps.

parang mas marami na yatang CS kesa normal eh..hehe..
napagusapan namin ng friend ko na baka may secret agenda ang mga hospital na i-cs na lahat ng manganganak para hanggang 3 lang ang anak..hehe!

mas ok ba talaga ma CS? sabi kasi nila mas mahirap daw yun eh.. curious lang...i will give birth to my 1st baby on January, and wala ako idea kung ano mas ok..hehe..mama ko kasi mas ok daw na normal na lang
