hi!

i will be a mom soon, october to be specific... but this early, i'm thinking of our daughter's binyag na... suggestion naman po na reception sa trinoma mall na masarap pero hindi naman masyadong pricey...yung hindi eat-all-you-can kasi lugi pag may mga batang guest  ... preferably chinese food pero kung hindi, okay lang din basta masarap...saka anong masa-suggest niyo from their menu na rin

sis, where do you plan to have your baby baptized? if you are catholic, pwede sa malate church. you can opt for aristocrat (daming servings) or max's. before kasi walang function room yung max's near malate church, ngayon meron na. mas mura ang baptismal package ng max's compared to aristocrat.

pwede rin sa by the bay sa mall of asia...they have a lot of paluto restos there. i attended a baptismal reception there once. kaso medyo maliit nga lang ang spaces.

12-14k ata for 50 pax so times 2 mu na lang kung 100. they'll provide na the balloons & centerpieces, tarp, baby basket, cake, souvenir, etc. Di ko na matandaan lahat ng inclusions kasi kami na nagprovide nung iba eh (cake, souvenir) hehe

last dec. 2008 lang yun. bagong renovate lang sila kaya maganda yung place.

they have a separate room for each function. may malaki silang room for 90+. they also have for 30-50 so tingin ko hindi na maiilang yung guest at walk-ins since nakaseparate naman kayo sa kanila, yun nga lang shempre sa kuhaan ng fud, iba-iba na tao. Good thing kasi nung samin, kami lang talaga ang tao, hehe and may parking lot din

hi sis! i would suggest doing an ocular of restaurants to assess size and layout to your liking. You may limit it to restos na may private function rooms or yung puwede ipa reserve nang buo for a time. I think trinoma has a website na may listing ng mga restos nila. Off the top of my head, maraming masasarap na kainan, yun lang depending on your budget, type of food and yung size ng place siguro. I can think of Peking Duck, Abe, Cyma, etc. Pero marami, as in marami kang choices

hi! tnx for the tip...kaya lang nagbago na naman isip ko... kasi sabi ng hubby ko maliit mga resto sa trinoma and baka hindi ma-accommodate kung mga  100 kami lahat... so now, we are thinking of mga churches and restaurants quezon ave., tomas morato at west ave., area....  baka mag-ocular nga kami this sep before i give birth... sa church gusto ko sana pwede solo baptism para mabilis... sa reception siyempre pwede kami i-accomodate lahat, masarap, not too pricey, at huge parking space

hi mommies, were scouting around for restos for binyag.  were looking into somethin' fishy or Dads' Edsa.  we want sana yung merienda buffet sa Dad's mega, but dont want to hassle guests to go to the mall. were looking into christ the king church or sanctuario de san jose.   Anyone who tried requesting the merienda buffet on Dad's edsa?  as per their website, pwede daw request yun. 

we had our baptism before at somethin' fishy and we were contented with the service and the food quality.  we just want to explore other options now.

Hi, sis.  Sorry for the late reply.  Been busy.  Yup, ok food sa Ah-Sin.  Masarap and mura.  Though you need to ask for their specialty kasi syempre, meron din na "ok lang" (like yung binagoongan, di ko syado type...pero yung iba, ok talaga.  OK rin serving, di kayo mabibitin.  I suggest you check it out.  OK naman sila mag food tasting e...

how much ba yung cheapest (pero nakakabusog naman) na food nila dun? ok naman ba service dun pati yung place?

hi, ako rin po naghahanap ng venue for reception para sa binyag ng baby ko. 70-100 pax po ang guest.. and mejo maliit lang budget namin sa food, more or less 20k sna. Baka naman po may suggestions kayo na ok na resto. Mejo mas ok po sana kung hindi nasa mall yung resto. actually, wala pa rin kasmi napipili n church, kahit san po sana saan pwede basta swak sa budget.. thanks in advance.

with the budget of 20k for the food alone, divided by the maximum number of guests which is 100... that means, your budget margin per head is P200... how about max's?

^^ iana's baptismal reception was held at peach blossom's restaurant infront of Trinoma, sulit and malaki ang servings nila,
per table costs P 1800 (minimum) tapos 10 pax per table. Includes cake, souvenir, balloons, tarp.

Okay naman ang food chinese cuisine and may dessert na din na kasama.

naginquire kami sa max's ng baptismal packages nila.. nasa 35k ang cheapest fro 100pax. kulang budget namin.. =( [textspeak!] 20k namin [textspeak!] for 50pax lang pag sa max's. huhu
