mga sis tanong ko lang, yung astoria, linden o lancaster ba allows daytime stay only? i mean, from 9 am to 5 pm of the same day? mag-get together kasi kami ng friends ko and gusto sana namin sa isang hotel room  na lang mag-stay instead na pagala-gala kami sa malls. may kids kasi kami so we want na nasa isang place lang at the same time, we do not have to worry kids running everywhere. hehe

last december, we tried sa richmonde in eastwood. infairness, di naman kami pinagsabihan or anything kahit na rinig sa buong hallway ang ingay namin.

^Actually, depende pa rin sa timing mo sa richmonde kasi one time, there were other people in the same corridor with us and this bitchy lady asked the management to reprimand us. I think we're not that noisy. (Well, a little bit because a friend shouted really loud once).

Pero you can talk to them in advance and tell them to put you in a "deserted corridor" if they have.

I called Discovery suites but they said they are not allowing parties in rooms. If we have guests, they are only allowed until 9pm. Should i say that we are having a party for 20 people or so or just stay mum about the number of guests?

Normally condotels are not that strict like Astoria Ortigas, pero kahit anong hotel pa yan, as long as hindi kayo ganun ka ingay, you can have a party. we do it always, minsan nga more than 10 kami natutulog. basta discrete lang yung pagpasok, hindi sabay sabay saka hindi ganun kaingay =) they don't check rooms naman e, wag ka lang papalinis ng room

We had our Team Building just last weekend at The Exchange Regency. In fairness, nagkasya ang team namin (with respective plus ones pa ito ha) 2 bedrooms (yung isa may sarili nang bathroom), kitchen area, common bathroom and family area. It was 5k. Hindi naman sila strict masiyado when it comes to guests basta alam na ang room number. I think soundproof ang rooms kasi yung katabi naming unit parang team building din.

we had our team building sa linden. we got the 3 bedroom suite for only 6.5k.

ok naman yung place, yun nga lang di available yung pool kasi under renovation.

no sis, we did not disclose and di kami sabay sabay pumasok. yung 2 bedroom di ko rin nasilip pero sabi ng teammate ko malaki din naman daw. nag party na kasi sila dun before.

We tried na din sa Exchange Regency, also in the 2 bedroom unit worth 5K. We had a sort of reunion lang naman and there were a total of 10 of us. This is allowed as long as 4 lang ang matutulog sa suite. In our case, iba iba ng pagalis yung visitors namin pero wala naman nagcheck or tumawag to confirm na wala na lahat ng visitors namin. All 10 of us were able to use the pool and the billiard room ng magkakasama.

I just booked 2-bedroom loft suite sa Lancaster Hotel. P4250 un price nya sa travelbook then less P500 for the TBMOM promo.

Any feedback sa room and pool mga sis? Our family of 6adults + 2kids will stay here for my mom's bday. Sana maganda!

Sis, where did you book? Ang mura kasi. The last time I checked at Asiatravel, 2br cost 7500nett na. Kayo 6500 lang tpos 3br pa. Share naman..

We celebrated my mom's bday sa Lancaster Hotel last saturday. Okay yung deluxe suite/2 bedrooms nila. Great for small family gatherings. Though hindi talaga sya mukhang hotel, mas mukha syang apartment. Nasa baba ang living room, dining and kitchenette then nasa taas un dalawang bedroom. Perfect to kung ayaw nyong maenvade ng guests ang kwarto nyo Pwedeng magrequest ng kitchen utensils without extra charge. wala nga lang microwave dun sa room namin. Not sure kung un ibang rooms meron. Pag dating namin the ref is not working, so I called the maintenance team, then they immediately replaced it. Towels are old na din so better bring your own. Pool is small, 3.5 ft lang ang pinakamalalim. Breakfast buffet is good! Konti lang un food pero masarap!

We'll definitely consider this again for the future family small parties, pero try muna sa ibang hotels.

Verdict: RECOMMENDED!
