conclusion:  their lawyer advised them na subukan daanin sa magandang usapan.  kasi mas masalimoot daw kung aabot pa sa korte yung kaso nila.  nagpadala daw ang lawyer nila ng sulat sa nanay nila telling her na i disclose na lahat ng properties na hawak ni mader.

oh my God, i'm alone in the house but am laughing out loud here  :D  Not at your misery sis, but at your delivery!  you have a knack for storytelling... kung nagsawa ka na sa mga present business ventures mo, you can surely look into that

back to the issue... in some families, kids are brought up to accept that the only heirs to the business and properties are the males.  tanggap na yon.  kung girl ka at gusto mo ng mana, dun ka makipagsiksikan sa family ng hubby mo.

it's a given... kahit may male heir na blacksheep, by virtue of being a son, he gets his share.  no contest, kung baga

But most families compensate.  wala kang pangalan sa business or property, but in turn, you get cash, or minsan thru the dowry, pag kinasal ka.   Is this the case in your family?  baka naman, in another way, nabigyan na din ang mga girls, kahit na less than what the boys will get, at least it's substantial.

if this is the case, if i were you, i'll rest my case and have my peace of mind.  and keep the family intact.

if not naman, isip muna ako, will respond pag nahimay ko na itong issue mo  :)

I think your relatives don't bother to give you gifts because they know you have the money to get anything you want.  Ikaw pa itong nagbibigay ng mamahaling gifts.  For all you know, those guys are envious of you -- di mo kailangan sumipsip sa mommy mo.

Swerte your brother's partner ha.  She was given millions even if she's not entitled to it under the law.  Consider na lang sigurong gift yon from your mom.  Si Ako-legal-wife naman, she can inherit only from your brother if he didn't disinherit her but not from your dad.  Same with your illegitimate nephews, under the law they should inherit from their dad, your brother, but not from their grandfather, your dad.  So if all money and properties are owned by or in the name of your dad, kasama yun sa mamanahin niyo ng mom at siblings mo at hindi sila pwede makihati dun.  Now, i'm not saying they should be left penniless, they are your blood relatives after all, but legally they don't have a right to inherit from your father.  Kung sakaling you refuse your inheritance, may makakakuha pa yung mga walang karapatan kaysa sa iyo.  And now so many of them are crawling out of the woodwork.

This inheritance stuff will only get worse whether or not sasali ka sa gulo.

If this mana problem isn't resolved within the family and you decide to go to court, then problema na ng mga abogado yan.  I think many lawyers are going to get rich in the process.  You really should point that out to your mom and siblings.

hi aquacharly  ;D

naku parehas ata tayo ng story ng family, distant relatives ba tayo  ;D ;D

some of our sisters are right in saying "peace of mind" pero ako (sorry po...) hindi ko yata peace of mind knowing nakikinabanag ang iba (and this IBA are not so deserving beings) sa dapat akin  ::) telenovela ang dating.

anyway,my dad is also like you pagdating sa problema sya ang center of attention pagdating sa manahan siya [textspeak!] "special hopia"

his brothers sold their properties and withdraw their parents' money 2 months after my lolo died(may signed withdrawal forms kasi my lolo and lola)

eto na,nung nagkabukingan (naku so embarrassing kasi the bank manager went to my dad pa)
highschool pa lang ako nun but i voiced out my opinion pero my dad sabi niya ipasa-diyos na lang daw  ::)

his two sisters naman [textspeak!] eldest nila ok naman ang buhay so hindi na siya naghabol and the my other aunt naman that time may stroke, eto na my mom said ipaglaban mo kahit yung share ni aunt ko kasi nga may sakit and during that time na-sense ng mommy mo pabagsak na ang businesses kasi yung naiwan 2 kids super gastador, everyday nasa rustans ginagawa 2nd house nila ang rustans bili ng bili ng kung ano-ano pero ang mga negosyo nila pinapabayaan. my dad naman ayaw pa din kasi magkakasakitan sila ng loob and marami naman daw natabi money si aunt.

after 1 year ubos na money ni aunt and all their businesses nag close na :(

my dad helped sa meds and theraphy for 9 years ganun ang set-up but the bwis*t brothers hindi man lang dumadalaw or tumutulong,to think nakinabang sila sa money na dapat may share ang aunt ko din >:(

anyway my aunt died, and [textspeak!] naiwan niya family naghihirap until now.sorry off topic and haba ng story

until now, there are times i still make snide comments about it kasi there are lives na nabago bec of that inheritance, you cant say pera lang yan.money talks and money talks loud and clear (again, sorry if i sound swapang in that remark,im not.)

I agree with frapi.

Usually yung mga swapang sa Pamilya/Angkan, walang kakayahan to generate and save money. They don't have that midas that their father/mother; lolo/lola has. All they know is how to spend. since these kind of people know only how to spend. mauubos lang ang mana.

whether makuha nila lahat or yung nararapat na part nila, mauubos pa din nila yun. what i learned from my Clan, minsan, sa sobrang desperado nila to generate money, nagbebenta sila ng palugi. wala silang patience to find the right buyer.(its also easier to sell)

THANK YOU ALL for generously sharing your advice, reactions and family experiences.
All your inputs have been valuable, and I have thought of each thing posted here.

This is really causing me a headache.

1st I had to sort it all out.
Why am I rocking the boat?
As GRUMPYBEAR cited ... to prove I am the 1 who is right?
Or, as AKTHUNG and the others said:  to get what is legally due me... not to give it away just to be spent and wasted away by irresponsible herederos.
Or,  as GRUMPYBEAR cited -- because of the money, period.  Nothing wrong with that nga naman.

While I was in Macau for the weekend with hubby ... end of June...  hay naku, on their own,  this kalokers FICF had their own dramas playing out.

1.  A sibling went to a bank, made some careless remarks,  and pwes!  the bank manager sensed not all was right within the family... and froze the accounts.

Si Mother was shocked to discover she could not perpetuate her usual sport of moving funds around... the bank manager said you have to submit the following documents to unfreeze.

Naawa din naman ako kasi the way she cried about it ... parang namatayan nanaman?  hay naku.  Drama.  Never daw sya na humiliate ever like that.

Ngek!  I said she sure forgot how 1 lady guest arrived at her house party and asked my father in a loud voice:  Where is XYZ (name of my dad's kabit noon).  Kalokers!

Her fear now is that the rumor might spread to other banks, and she gets a whole winter scenario, everything frozen in the tropical Phils.  LOL

2.  Nagladlad na ng horns the kabit and that First Son.

Siguro, our mother is kinda over her grief over the double deaths.  Kasi umaandar na medyo ang utak, her usual suspicious mind is what I am referring to.  LOL

She and our old yaya made a surprise!  trip to the province.

Basic discoveries:  1 house was fully occupied, full time by the entire family of the Kabit of the dead brother.  Accdg to Mother's sources,  the living expenses incurred there is what slowly drained and bankrupted 1 of the businesses.

The top 5 businesses in the probinsya are either just breaking even or on the verge of bankruptcy.  But the dead brother and his Kabit have under their names or just under her name... several new businesses... a lending investor, a food franchise,  a beverage distributorship,  a car rental,  agri equipment rental, even a parlor!  hahaha   -- ewan ko pa what else.

Eto pa,  there have been TCTs transferred to the name of the Kabit and the illegitimate 4 kids of that kabit.  Yung ibang illegitimates, zero.
I said: either you Mom and Dad signed without reading.  hay buhay.  Or, they submitted supporting pesos not supporting papers in the probinsya to do that .

Sabi ko nga to my sisters,  masama man sabihin about the dead... pero that lag time he had before he checked into the hospital for the last time.. pinaspasan pala niya ang mga milagro.  hay buhay.

As AKTHUNG said ..  1 day I will want to kick myself if I give way.  Well, hindi ako mag give away pero I sure want to kick myself now.

Remember,  akala ko -- akala namin lahat, that brother died na zero nya his kabit.  Eh di eto ako.. forced my parents to give her a few millions.  Eh hindi nga ba,  kumakanta ang 1 sister at the family lunches noon pag andon si Kabit and my mom... "Ako ang nagwagi...

Ngayon, super gigil ako with myself kasi shucks!  ako kinakantahan sa phone ng sister ko nang "Ako ang nagwagi! ... sabay halakhak at regards daw sabi ni Kabit pinasasabi..."  grrrrr!

I phoned Kabit last Friday... ibalik mo yang binigay sa yo na cash kasi ha... ang dami mo na palang properties.  Do not deny!  Or else,  i will personally send the legal wife  from Europe a 1st class ticket to show her face there.... sige.  Atchaka,  hanapan ko ng lawyer yang 3 other illegitimate children from 3 other women,   so total 7 illegitimate compulsory heirs yan, pero ikaw Kabit zero ka.  Sige.

Oo daw, balik nya -- give her lang daw 2 weeks kasi maturity daw eh sa ganoon pa.  Shucks!  Sabi ko hindi... I am giving you 3 banking days, tapos I want that check in front of Atchi payable to Mom.

So I am counting. Tomorrow is the deadline.  Ano daw gagawin ko if she does not deliver ask ng sisters ko?  Sabi ko I  will really send 1st-class plane tickets (para ganahan mag viaje) to the legal wife, her lover and their son in Europe to come visit The PHILIPPINES!   Ano nga ba ang ad line nang DOTC now in the commercials?  LOL

I told the Executor also... get somebody to do an accurate tally of all that was malversed, all sold off, all investments nang 2 na yan ...  and all that = advances on the dead bro's legal share.  Wala akong paki if his share has been discussed ever since to be bigger than his legal share.   Basta nobody is above the law.
Eh sabi ni Atchi, punta daw sya on the next surprise trip with the old yaya and si Mother, to validate and see what else... kasi mas maraming maka tsismiss si Atchi doon.
Pano daw kung angasan sya?  Huh?  Kasi daw recently revealed by a Tita eto daw Kabit na ito eh nakikipag basagan ng bote sa mga ibang girls ni dead brother.  Really?  How bakya, sabi ko.  Dapat she got a 45 na lang and used that.

Eh sabi ni Atchi, pano kung hindi sumunod na umalis doon sa 1 house that family of the Kabit... nanay, mga kapatid pati na mga anak at asawa ng mga kapatid ... na,  O Sh1t ha, hindi naman namin kaano ano at all.   (My mother said for them to vacate the house within 2 weeks.)

Sabi ko, burn the house down.  What is 1 house to get rid of all those moochers?  Mas mura, mabawasan pa ng tax dues... zero maintenance ka bigla...  1 tao na lang to bantay the property vs squats.

OMGrief!  Do I still see myself in all that I am saying to this kalokers FICF?

I am up to max Advil dose per day.

So there,  nag sanga sanga na nga ang problema.

It must have felt like lahat ng wisdom teeth nya (am not sure kung meron pa though) eh binubunot without anesthesia when my mother had to admit to all the milagros of that dead brother to Achi.  Hindi nya magawa to tell  the rest of us.. Pero kaharap nya the 2 other living brothers nang mag True Confessions sya to Achi.

Hay buhay.

Imagine!  The brothers felt confident it all would come to them and their own respective families in due time.  Pero, naka isip pa this dying 1 to make a lot of "advances".  Imagine, sila sila nagiisahan.  Or, inisahan ni dead brother my mother.
I find no amusement whatsoever in that.

Kaya pala, on his deathbed... he asked our mother:  Do you forgive me?
Sabi ni mother... there is nothing to forgive... ngek!  Siguro nakalimutan nya na in her big heartache na ang dami nang linustay nang brother na ito... noon pa man din.
Tapos, hindi nya alam, madami palang milagrong hindi pa nya alam.
Hay buhay.

I do not know if I am supposed to be horrified, amused, shocked, or whatever with all these recent developments.

A sister said... tigilan mo na ang Advil.   Try Tylenol daw... binigiyan pa ako ng malaking bote!  Kalokers talaga this FICF

Nga pala, FYI -- since nag confrontation kami last month ni Mother... I have not shown my face to her.
We communicate through Achi... who is going kalokers sa batbatan namin back and forth.  She takes down notes always ..

Pero, when Mom arrived from the probinsya... she sent over teka...  1 big langka and 1 kg longganiza for me and hubby; plus 2 pineapples and saba for the kids daw.   Atchaka, ang walang kamatayang McDo french fries.  Kalokers the 1st and last items.

Sabi ko kay Achi,  ayoko na nang longganiza, gusto ko Cert of Time Deposit.  LOL  Deadma

hehe, lagi ako noon nag aattend ng Family Business series of seminars sa Ateneo Grad. School of Business.

isa sa mga common na nalaman ko from richie richie families na nagshare doon (so rich na familiar ang businesses nila sa ating lahat), kailangan talaga ng liason between families.

Maybe your Achi will need Advil na din later.

ang naexperience ko naman sa Lolo ko, binenta nila ang lahat ng mabebenta after, even my Lolo's vintage stuff, cars etc. napinangako ng lolo na mapupunta sa amin.

(sayang, kung may vintage stratocaster, i would have fought fiercely. JOKE!).

so i really think the nature for the pasaway ones is that they will sell what they can sell and hide, what they can hide.

siguro if i came from a big family at ganyan ang scenario, at mahina na ang patriarch, mag hire ako ng PI. pati ata text messages nakukuha nila. im not too sure on this.

gosh aquacharly, i understand why this is giving you such a headache.. like you said kalokers talaga... at ang dami-dami nang involved...
i'd like to know what happens tomorrow, your deadline sa kabit to give back the money...
it is so annoying kasi na marami kayong hindi kaano-ano na nakikinabang with what is legally yours (you and your family's)... i do hope maayos ito, i don't know how, malamang it will be a very big big family discussion but you must get rid of all the moochers, fix all things, issues, documents, assets, properties and all stuff that needs fixing within your family... kasi kung ako yan ay hindi ako magkakaron ng peace of mind... i will need to fix it. more luck to you sis  :D

Sis aquacharly, i'm a big fan of your posts and hindi ko papalampasin itong thread that you started. Kailangan masubaybayan ko ito! And besides, things are getting much interesting now :D

Some things are similar to what's happening to my mother's side of the family now. When my lolo passed away a decade ago, marami syang naiwan na hectares of land and some islands to my lola. All these are under my lola's name. But ang lola ko is simple lang, she doesnt care about it, pabayaan na lang daw yung properties since she's here na in manila with us and di naman nya maaasikaso ang mga lupa.

But ang mom ko inayos nya ang papers, not because of greed, but ayaw nyang mapunta sa wala ang pinaghirapan ni lolo. 3 of my uncles passed away already, including the eldest child, so mom being the 2nd child, inasikaso nya lahat.

Take lots of care sis and expect the worst sa SIL mo (the kabit) because I have a feeling na she will protect what she has now and some lives may be threatened also. hay kalokers talaga :D

It has been a long day.

Thank you AKTHUNG, FRAPI (yes, I need prayers), BSCN, SWEET2 & SILVERONFIRE.

These posts and the responses have helped me focus on the issues that should be addressed.  And in return, I hope it helps others in similar/same circumstances, and/or amuses some.  LOL

So, Mother Dearest needs us to sign a Waiver addressed to the bank that gave her a dose of winter -- froze several accounts.

As usual,  everybody nga waits for my move.
I said .. sure.  BUT I do not want it ever interpreted, kasi ganoon ang wording,  that I am signing away my legal share to those accounts... tapos, everything else follows.

So a lawyer drew up this Memorandum of Agreement nga.
Basic points:
1.  We all agree (kalokers Mom to kapal me) to agree that sharing will be as prescribed by law.
2.  We all recognized each other nga pala therein ... that Mom is the legal wife; and we are their legal kids and there are no illegitimates.

3.  As of date of death... there must be an accounting  of all properties, interests, moneys etc of the deceased .. to be finished on or before (I put down the date 5 mos from death.  Kasi taxes better be paid before the 6th month or else,  grabe ang laki nang BIR penalties ha!)

To this provision nagalit daw si Mother.
Nakaharap si Achi and 2 other sisters.
What?!  you do not trust me?

Sabi ni Achi .. trust works both ways.   Do you trust us?

Hinagis daw sangkaterbang passbooks at folder of TCTs, CCTS at ewan pa ... siguro vehicle registrations (hindi kasi matalas mga mata ng sisters ko eh...  tawanan sila, kung ako daw, isang glimpse lang eh nakatatak  na daw OR nos. and TCT nos. on my brain.  hindi naman sabi ko, medyo lang  LOL)

Sige, sige, sige xerox nyo lahat.. kunin nyo copies.
LOL

ABa!  Miracles do happen.  This Tweetums sister of ours sumagot:  aanhin naman namin ang copies of those kung you do not sign the MOA?

In short, after alternating bouts of croc tears, drama displays, labanan ko kayo! displays, and ang-kapal-ng-mukha nyo scenes... it took 3 hours ..  wala pa ring agreement.
She was offering to write a check out to me tomorrow equivalent to my legal share of  LOL -- ano ako stup!d? -- the accounts frozen (that she already significantly drained and transferred to another bank into accounts with just her name thereon).

Tweetums said:  don't.  She (ako) will tear up the check and throw it back to you.

Next, sabi nya:  how much is she (ako) paying you to side with her against me?  PxMillion??
Achi finally lost her temper.
Ano akala mo sa akin nabibili?!  Lakas mo maka insulto!
Tumakbo daw our old yaya to her room to hide from them all at that point.

Hindi naman nagbasagan nang plates or what.
But nobody was eating lunch daw.  LOL

I remembered what AKTHUNG said:  no matter what happens from hereon, kahit na I give it all away, kahit na mag donate pa ako ... the die has been cast.
I am forever labeled as the "interesado"  the 1 who rocked the boat, the trouble maker.

Eh ano ngayon?
I told my sisters.... honestly?  it doesn't affect me.  Kasi I know myself why I am rocking the boat.  And I am tired of  her and the brothers' fairy tales.  Nobody is above the law.

Parang, magka sleepless nights ako if I give it away and know that people not related to me/moochers are spending it;  if I think that First Son is throwing it at pokpoks, beer and sugal. I can live with a contravida label, but never with a stup!d label.

Kaya SWEET2 -- tell  your mom to be steadfast,  never to backdown from what she believes is right.

The sisters came to me after the nasty encounter.
So drained daw sila.  I said, so what is new?
She always always drains us.

What now daw?
I said... I try never to decide to undertake nor walk away from a campaign or program based on emotions.  Kayo, emotional ngayon.  Kasi nainsulto kayo... kasi na sampal sampal kayo figuratively.
Ako, I am just here waiting for the palabas to play out.
It will take me what -- overnight?  24 hours?  to decide what to do.  But mind this .. when you texted you were on the way and you all walked out .. I already scheduled an appointment with a lawyer for 8AM tomorrow.
Achi who is the mediator actually sa dami naming magugulo .. eh said this in parting to Mom:  You better get a very good lawyer.

I said:  Kayo, think it over.  Let your emotions die down ... take 2 days or 3, then decide.

Sabi ko:  look at it this way -- if you want some money, your legal share ... and we all end up in court ....  mag fantasize ka.  kunwari we belong to an oligarch family.  At imbes na isang sako ng lupa or isang metro nang pader or P10 ang pinag aawayan .. eh mga billions!  LOL

LOL!  I think kapalmukz is an asset, really.
LOL
Pero ang stup1dity -- mahirap magpuno nang malaking hole in the head.

Atchaka hiya?  Sabi ko, the law does not factor in hiya. The law just gives definitions, pwes Compulsory Heirs tayo.  The law gives grounds for dis-inheritance;  pwes hindi naman tayo make attempts on his life ever.  The law gives the rules for hatian of the pizza.... pwes, may pizza and gusto natin maka slice... hindi lang mga brothers may slice, ma empatzo na nga mga yan and their families eh.

Kayo mag isip, I told the sisters.

I can go on that banca alone, or sumakay kayo.  Pero eto ha, let us make it clear, sabi ko... Getz?  So think it over well, and let your emotions die down.

Apparently, after the sisters left her in a huff -- kalokers Mom called up the Uncle-Lawyer.

He said he strained a neck disc listening to our mom rant on and on for 4 hours!

He said:   your daughters, led by Medusa (ako yon! ako yon! ako yon! ako yon!    Kelan kaya ako puede maging Darna, lipad, Darna!   LOL)  are just following the law.

He said:  I cannot be your lawyer, nor can I be theirs.  I will stay in the middle and mediate.

He said:  Get yourself a good lawyer.

He told me:  She said she will not make a move.
She will wait for the court to call her.

O sige,  wait ka.
Pero bukas ... pitikin kaya kita.
I will have that 8AM lawyer draw up something.

Hubby said,  talagang ngayon lang sya naka encounter nang mother like ours ... sabi ko, eh sabi ko nga since before:  Mom, you are The Truth (as in nga:  The Truth is stranger than Fiction.  LOL)

My Achi agrees now.... she has always screwed her daughters, she continues to do so  to this day, and she will continue to do it until she moves off this earth.
That is just a fact sabi ko, do not feel bad.  Do not judge, but act.

Ano ba ito... Medusa meets the Dalmatian Lady?  LOL

It has been a looooonnnnggg day.

My husband said:  how much are you going to get na hindi mo naman use for yourself?
But then, the other sisters need it, and you always lead the way  (nakakapagod din leading the way,  kasi madalas ako ang nakaka apak sa putik.)
You decide, but I do not want you ever emotionally affected by this.

Sabi ko -- ah hindi.
Matagal na akong emotionally detached, otherwise, nakalokers na ako with the FICF noon pa.
Humor and frankness have  always been my salvation sabi ko.   Basta with whatever I do, I still see myself -- sige,  sugod sugod sugod sugod.  hay buhay.    Tumakbo kaya ako Barangay Captain ano?  para ma distract.  LOL

Eto pa... I gave Kabit a deadline di ba. ... today is the last day.

Hindi na daw na ask ni Achi kay Mom if Kabit sent the check..   Kasi nga sumanga sanga na ang usapan.

But during the labo labo na discussion ..

what?  Kami mag iingat?
Baka you mean ikaw mag ingat Mom
Or you mean sya mag ingat?

It will take 1 phone call only from Medusa (hay, sana Darna, lipad, Darna! -- hmmm hindi naman nya sinabi Medusa ako pero ganoon na rin sa tono IMO - LOL) -- just 1 phonecall for the Ako-Legal-Wife! to hop on the 1st plane to Manila.

Mom daw toned daw her combative posturing with that statement.

Her bastards?
Namutla daw si Mother.

Kasi alam nyo,  those bastards were born when the law still stated that even if a man recognizes his bastards eh basta no marriage contract = no use of father's surname.
PERO naayos ni Mother yan sa probinsya ... supporting pesos eh di ka family name na ni brother (the dead one now).
ooopz!  1 fairytale brought to light.... selective amnesia kasi si The Truth.

Now, accdg to the lawyer ... this is 1 new thing I learned today .... mga Ako-Legal-Wife!  dyan, take note --- IF a couple has  NO children... the wife automatically gets 75% of the estate.

Sabi ni Mother to that sister... hwag mo nang guluhin yon.
LOL
Kidding aside, I have no fears... my lolo's family is big there... and it operates like a Mafia na legal... meaning, walang jueteng, walang drugs...(yung negosyo na yon eh gawain nang ibang Mafia doon)   pero Mafia pa rin...

That Mafia now is "hands off".  Kasi sabi nga nila,  we daughters have always been denied and deprived.  At alam nila lahat the fortunes and resources the brothers have wasted time and again there.  And they all do not like First Son and  his silbings... mga non-performing kasi ... gives The Family a bad name daw.  hehe

Atchaka Test Case kami.
The other uncles/titas are watching us... even the cousins.. how this plays out. Eh parepareho sila ... only sons inherit.

My husband said to leave the burning of the house to my Mother.... hwag ko na problemahin yon.
Focus na lang daw ako on my banca -- IF gusto ko pa mag banca banca.  LOL

1 brother ... is not saying anything.
Sabi ko:  do not underestimate the enemy.

1 brother .. bahala kayo.  Sige, sige ,sige... kung ano gusto nyo.   Kasi he is in the middle of a hot affair.

Do I still see myself in all these?
Or naging kalokers na rin ako like my Mom?
I hope it is not hereditary.
Achi said:  The Truth is not hereditary kasi kalokers na ako dati pa ...my own brand.  Tse, Achi!

*Memorandum of Agreement
*there must be an accounting  of all properties, interests, moneys etc of the deceased ..
*Sabi ni Achi .. trust works both ways.   Do you trust us?

-- Good Fences Always Make Good Neighbors
---good accounting makes good friends (and family!)

--kung meron man lang asset na alanganin pa din ang papeles, ayusin na nila bago maipamana sa tamang tao. hard to make habol later.

---minsan talaga, old age does wonders to us humans. Pag ako tumanda, I want to be sharp, wise and aware but with a good heart of course. My mom has 2 Ph.d’s pero sa simpleng bagay eh…well, just like your mom.

*But then, the other sisters need it, and you always lead the way  (nakakapagod din leading the way,  kasi madalas ako ang nakaka apak sa putik.)
You decide, but I do not want you ever emotionally affected by this.

------Yep. In this modern age, Good Will or being kind is not enough. There must be a strong Will-to-do Good to bring out Fairness and Justice.

Soon they will follow. By walking the Middle Way, we break the bonds of Karma.

Mom:  You better get a very good lawyer.

-----oo nga naman. Habang good mood pa siya, magpirmahan na, para pag naging bad mood in the future, wala nang argument kasi napagusapan na. unahan mo na sis

Sis Aquacharly, I admire your strength. It's sometimes so difficult find something to laugh about when you are in the midst of something like this. I don't really have anything to share about your situation, I am just one of your fans  ;D And regarding what your Achi said, everybody has their own brand of kalokers, mas malala lang yung brand ng iba. :D I'll be praying for you and your family.
