pan de manila PB na naman kami kanina

mahinahon na ang pag spread nila ng PB kasi tumatagal na ng 1 wk yung big bottle (small pa rin naman kasi haha) sa amin

parang yesterday may nakita din ko sa Mrs. Fields na peanut butter dreambar.. a small piece is P70 ata. is that good kaya?

Walang nutriional info ang bottle, just the sticker and the ings listed. I love their PB so I try not to think about the trans fat anymore.

I also bought the Peanut Butter M&M's sa Clark Duty Free, grabe ang sarap din niya! Now I can't find it here in Manila. If meron kayong alam where to buy it here, let me know.

^ Skippy, Peter Pan, and Jif are not completely trans fat-free. Look in the ingredients list for the phrase "partially hydrogenated"...that's the oil which keeps those peanut butters homogenous, and those are trans fats. In the United States, they're allowed to label their products as "zero trans fat" if there is less than a half-gram of trans fat per serving size indicated on the nutritional label.

Pretty sneaky, no?

We have four opened jars of peanut butter at home, to suit any mood. Lily's, creamy Peter Pan, crunchy Pan de Manila, and a crunchy organic Canadian brand. All bases covered.

we usually have Skippy/ Peter Pan crunchy and a local PB (most of the time, its Lily's) at home.. now lang naubos na yung Lily's so just 1 jar left na open..

^i tried searching for a branch in Makati sis, since i came across a forum na may nagsabing walking distance lang from their place ang Pan de Manila. unfortunately wala akong specific location na nakita.

hope you can find a branch nga sis, para ma-try mo na yung PB nila (buy a tub na din of their herb cream cheese, talap hehe!)

^hmmm...parang it's a cross between the salty and sweet PBs e. hindi siya kasing-sweet ng Lady's Choice, that's for certain, and mas madami din ang nuts nya compared to LC.

may malapit pa na arny and dadings so ayun pwede pa bumili ng pichi2x tapos daan na rin ng cash & carry may hero sausages

is the consistency of their PB ba eh yung oily? or parang yung mga imported PB?
