Mga sis pati ba yung crest strips sa amazon nabibili? Gusto ko itry. User ako nung Oral B strips kaso ang mahal pala compared sa crest na 40 strips na. Yung Oral B kasi 14 strips lang 2k na. Discounted pa namin nabibili sa dentist namin. Pero effective sya infairness. At syempre babalik din ang color ng teeth pag nag stop ka although din naman agad agad. Sakin mga 2-3 months bago mag back to normal.

Have you guys tried activated charcoal?  I add it sa Colgate charcoal toothpaste (puro charcoal LOL)

I use charcoal alternately with baking soda =)
Tapos charcoal na Colgate =)

Meron akong nabili sa Watsons na whitening strips na nasa sachet - less than P50 lang, ang brand niya ay Radiant Whitening Strips.  Hindi ko pa siya nata-try ha so hindi ko alam kung effective nga.
