I'm currently using BB placenta and collagen powder.. I've used meiji and orihiro collagens before but i opted for the BB one since mas completo na siya available at a very affordable price compared sa premium ng meiji.

Pansin kong effect is glowing talaga ang skin and soft.

Siguro depende sa ijujuice mo. Normally juicing is alkaline kaya it doesnt affect the efficacy of collagen

after back reading, ive been choosing between LOTTE, orihiro and FINE

feedback naman sa mga lasa nila.. i want sana yung walang lasa or mas palatable..

ano lasa ng orihiro? mixed review kasi yung sa FINE when it comes to taste yung iba sabi wala yung iba sabi meron, tapos yung sa LOTTE halos walang feedback at all..

Saw fine was at buy 2 take 1 sa watson and I have decided to give it a go. Kaso 3 lang sachet binili ko kasi what I really wanted to try is meiji premium.

But for the taste comparison's sake, i will try fine for 3 nights.

 First time, fine smelled like baby formula and taste like one too.. since I don't fancy drinking milk I mixed it with hot choco instead.

i used to take collagen tabs, yung sa youtheory, na-delayed ang balik sa US ng friend ko kaya natigil din ako.  I want to try the powder version, since super laki ng tabs ng youtheory, sakit sa lalamunan talaga.  Been eyeing Meiji gold too.

By the way after trying fine last night I was so sleepy.
Kaya nakatulog ako agad but then I woke up at 3am naman huhu.
Tried to sleep again and it took me about an hour (i have sleep problems right now so this might not be related)

anyway when I woke up. I checked if I look different .. what i noticed ang kintab ng face ko.. like a bit oily. And another thing.. my lips looked more plump. ang kulet lang haha
and applying make up seemed easier kasi kumakapit siya .

I hope I see more changes tonight.
