and to be quite honest ang binabayad alam ko ng mga students is far more than what the tutors know.
I am not sure if you are aware, but my Japanese boss told me na 8,000 yen per 30 sessions ang binabayad ng mga students sa RJ. He said that it's actually quite cheap and is considered to be one of the most affordable online schools out there. That's a big difference. So I guess that clearly explains why the pay is like that sa kanila.

sorry sa pag-rant hehe xD kasi di ba, napakafishy nung biglang kinabukasan, very abruptly walang students, na dati consistently fully booked naman. tinanong ko nga kung nasa partial-hiding punishment ako pero hindi naman. pati ratings ko okay. i don't know what they did precisely. pati yung dati kong mga regular students bigla ring nawala. nang sabay sabay? weird...
I understand why you feel that way. Sa totoo lang may mga friends ako na nanggaling na sa RJ and they are all expressing the same sentiments to me. Good for them kasi wala na sila dyan.
If you don't mind me sharing my opinion, there's a possibility na tama yung hinala mo. It's not right for the company to go such measures para lang makapgdistribute ng classes para sa iba.

I agree, it could be lesser evil, but of course, there are far more better companies than that.
Why let yourself settle for anything less? I don't mean to interfere or meddle with your decisions, ang sa akin lang, why let yourself suffer from being unhappy and dissatisfied. Sa totoo lang nakakarelate ako kasi that's exactly how I felt when I used to work for office-based Korean companies. And then one day I just had enough of it and decided to take another path. I never regretted that decision kasi it brought me to a company where I'm happy and truly satisfied.

I hope you don't mind me giving a comment about this. It just stirred up an emotion within me.
I understand hindi talaga ok ang system sa company na yan, but ask yourself, is it really ok to take out it out on the students? I mean, the company is to be blamed. Ang mga students, they are totally clueless kung ano ang nangyayari sa loob ng company. They are just there to learn with the price they could afford. We can't blame the students for getting the most of what they can within only their means. But they obviously did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. Unless bastos yung student, I can definitely understand.
As a teacher, I believe that if someone really has the passion for this kind job, that person will do his or her best to help the student. We may not be the formal, classroom-type of teachers, but at the end of the day,
we still are teachers. I have no intention na manermon, pero I have been long enough in this industry to know exactly I am talking about. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. Just my two cents.

i researched on bizmate i'd probably go there na lang. 160 per hour, so in 5 hours a day, seven days a week, you'll get more than 22,000 php, which RJ never ever gave in my past 4 years.
I-clarify ko lang po yan. Per booking po ang payment sa amin. So meaning hahatiin yung per hour rate. Nasa 110 per class ang rate ko ngayon which is by far the highgest. Many don't believe me when I say that I earn 20-23k per cut off. I can earn about 40k a month.
In my case, if I decide to work for 3 hours may 600 nako, which others earn in 8 hours. convenient diba?
Like in my case, I work from 5pm up to 12mn. At puno ang sched ko, as in. Ihi lang ang pahinga. haha! But when you get your pay, it's all worth it naman diba?
Everything takes time. If you are patient enough, you'll get to that point naman.

So kahit teaching ang industry na pinili mo, you can still utilize yung pinag aralan mo.
