Close ba kayo ng Officemates nyo?

my first job. sila frens ko til now, we've been 7 years na,

sa bgo ko work, dedma , palibhasa mga matatanda, hirap sabayan eh. ok lang kahit magisa lang kumakain or [textspeak!], basta paglabas ko ng office, happy na ko.

i have office mates na ka close ko pero dalawa lang.. i learned never to trust anyone that easily. hindi mo kase alam kung sino kaibigan mo at kung sino hindi.. madami kase ngayon kung sino ang kaharap siya ang kausap.. LMAO

i still have 2 persons na ka officemate at ka team ko na for 7yrs. yun sila ka close ko and i trust them  but still meron pa rin limitation. alam kc nila hindi ako palakwento talaga 

sa mga ka team ko ka close ko sila like we eat together, we go out together yun tipong tamang team bonding lang pero i only trust a few of them. natuto na kc ako sa mga plastic na tao e

well, meron kami kanya-kanya barkada sa office. sa mga friends ko sa office, kami yung walang pakialam sa lahat. ako, wala ako paki. kahit mag isa lang ako kumain at wag nila ako yayain, fine with me. hehe.

sa office kasi namin, malulupit mga tao dun. tipong may sabihin ka lang, an hour after, kalat, na. o di ba, ganun ka walang hiya mga tao dun. depende rin talaga kung sino iclose mo.

naku sis! korek ka diyan, sa amin 2 nga lang kami super close, iyong ibang grupo kasi hinihiwalay nila kaming dalawa. example, sila sila lang nagyayaan maglunch kapag payday, instead of mag-usap usap silang tahimik eh parang nasa divisoria "saan tayo kakain, old spaghetti house" in loud voice iyon ha, akala mo may proclamation.

Yup. Even after I left the company, nagkikita-kita and we still and hang out pa din then later on, another left and til now, we still see each other. Kanya-kanya naman kasi barkada sa office. Kahit na parang one big happy family kayo, there are still those who share the same interests with you and you would find yourselves hanging out with each other most often that not. I think ang important thing is to have a healthy and harmonious relationship with your co-workers kahit hindi kayo yung magkaka-barkada

And dun sa mga naging friends ko with my previous jobs, we communicate with each other pa din and see each other whenever our schedules permit.

yes..sana hindi masira iyon. hindi man kame totally close ng buong ka unit ko, pero nakakabonding naman namen  sila ng mga close friends ko sa office. sayang sa ibang unit, kahit ka department ko sila, hindi masyado. alam nyo na, kahit saan mapadpad, may taong epal talaga.. haha

Yup.. Not all though pero almost all of them close ko na it might be because same age bracket lang kami?

yes, they are my support group rin. there are times may kanya kanyang moment pero we learn how to adjust with our mood swings. hahaha.

i'm trying to adjust now sa mga new team mates ko. most of them naman are easy to get along with. unti unti na kaming nago-open up sa isa't isa, though syempre may mga limitations pa rin, siguro kasi bago pa rin kami sa isa't isa. meron lang 1 or 2 na talaga dakilang eps at feeling-know-it-all. i guess in any company naman meron mga ganitong klaseng tao.

sa first and previous work ko, iilan lang ang close ko, mostly newer hired kesa saken. hindi ko kasi gaano masabayan yung iba, masyadong magimik and sosyalera hehe..

sa current work ko ngayon, mas naging okay yung co-workers ko..yun lang, magastos pa rin and mejo magimik..pero mas okay ngayon =)

no, i have learned not to trust anyone, saka sa work ko ngayon, walang respeto mga tao, mapalapit lang sa boss pati yung buhay mo ichi chismis..sa previous work ko i have 1 na super ka close..but when we parted, parang hindi na sya loyal with me, sinasabi nya un secrets ko sa ibang officemates namin

there's a degree of closeness but not to the point that it becomes too personal.

Ayoko sa kanila eh. Haha. I am happier when I am alone here. I even eat alone. Go home alone. I don't even join their parties. I just don't like them. Hayyy sana January 18 na para end contract na ako.

super close.. next year maghihiwahiwalay na kami.. iba ibang projects.. kakalungkot.. i think sila lang dahilan bakit nasa project pa ko kahit super stressful work.. family na kami..

  kami super close din.. we need that kasi to lighten the burden, stressful kasi yung kind of work namin, so kung di pa kami magdadamayan, malamang di na kami magkakaofficemates.. hehe

sa group namin,super close kami, walang sumbungan and lahat nagtatakipan.except for the newcomers na tahimik lang sa area nila. pwera lang si Boss na ma epal,daig pa principal na ayaw may nakikita na nakatayo and nag uusap. hello, sa construction and design kaya ang work namin kaya impossible ang walang nag uusap..haisst

Yep.. but I will be moving to new team.. hindi na siguro ako makikipagclose masyado, iba rin kasi pag asa work place.. in the end, kanya kanya pa rin talaga.

May kanya-kanyang set of groups sa office eh. Konti lang ka-close ko, 3 lang. Tapos 2 outside the department. The rest, tamang pakikisama lang. Di close pero nakikipagbiruan kahit papaano. Pero minsan nakakailang din dahil since 4 lang kami sa group tapos yung iba naming kasama na di nalalayo age magkakasama na lahat, lutang tuloy ang pagiging outcast namin.

I prefer smaller groups kasi eh. Mas comfortable ako na ganun.

with my previous work, i was not close to the people I manage. ayoko malaman personal issues nila kasi alam kong magiging biased ako pag aabsent sila at alam kong hindi totoong may sakit sila 

now that i'm based overseas, most of my colleagues are malay girls. i don't like it that they speak malay in front of us, foreigners who can't understand a thing they're saying. so i stay away from them.
