anyone here who keeps a diary?

Before, when I started this thread, as in everyday nageentry ako. Kahit wala namang special event that day. Pero now since busy narin sa work, I write na lang if gusto ko maglabas ng sama ng loob or if stressed ako. That way kasi mas gumagaan yung feeling ko.

I used to have a diary nung school days but wala na ngayun. ayoko na kasi its like a waste of time for me thinking and writing what happened na.

Tsaka i remember a classmate before na mistakenly na-submit niya yung diary niya dun sa teacher namin because our teacher was checking our notes. Ewan ko ba, lagi kasi niya dinadala. Ayun sumikat siya sa buong department. nakalagay kasi dun yung story ng love life niya,..as in detailed pa at may mga kung anik-anik pa siyang nilagay dun, like choco wrappers na bigay ng bf niya as remembrance kung baga...

Haaiii.. kaya lesson learned sakin na HUWAG ISULAT ANG LAHAT-LAHAT SA DIARY..

Me!! Meron akong diary, I started when I was in 4th yr college, problemado kasi ako sa registrar and sa thesis namin.
Ang dami ko palang iyak-tawa moments hahaha!
Hanggang ngayon e patuloy pa rin akong nagsusulat sa aking diary, masarap kasing alalahanin ang nakaraan, balikan ang dating problema na ngayon ay pagtatawanan mo nalang.
Also, you'll get a chance to appreciate all the things that you have now, kasi dati pala pangarap ko pala magkaroon ng ganito at ganyang bagay tapos ngayon meron na ako.
Pero ang pinaka the best sa lahat e nabubuhos ko ang emosyon ko sa papel, nakakagaan ng feeling.

I have one I actually addressed all my entries to God, it is one way of me communicating to Him doon ko sinasabi sa kanya mga experiences ko, mga struggles ko and all of my feelings

I used to when I was in elementary.. ngayon journal nalang.. aside from my BDJ Planner. i have another notebook na sinusulatan ko ng random things.

yes i do have a diary since I was 11 but I don't write everyday. 2 decades had passed and I only have 2 diaries so far.  I only write there if there something significant/milestone in my life or may important thoughts/challenges ako. Everytime I re-read my diary, lagi akong nafafascinate kasi nakikita ko yung transformation ng kiddie to adult handwriting ko. tapos today it also serve as my checklist kasi yung mga pangarap ko nung bata ako that ive written in my diary unti unti natutupad. then yung evolution din ng life ko from crushes ko, problem sa school then naging work tapos lovelife, nakadocument yung feelings ko and nakikita mo yung changes and maturity mo as a person.

I find it risky to keep a diary. Kahit itago baka minsan makalimutan ko itabi eh may makabasa.

^ ME!!!! bata pa lang ako nag didiary nko and I'm 35 na ayun meron pa din until now, not as specific like before hahaha pero mga gist of what happened within the day at meron din ako nice notebook for every expenses for the day ahahaha

Mas okay sakin ang nagsususlat at sinusulat ang details rather than typing in sa smartphone hehe

I used to keep a diary pero digital sya kasi ayokong nagsusulat. I used to input there almost daily kung anong nangyari nung araw na yun. Now, i deleted the app na kasi corny na and hindi ka na naman sya usually ginagalaw. When i have thoughts i wanna type down, i put it sa notes ng phone ko and save it to some folder na lang email to myself for back up storage

I started having journal entries when i was in college. Nung nagsisimula palang ako ay through writing talaga so effort ako sa pagsulat but then I eventually used either my phone/laptop to type my other entries. I'm not sure pero I think my mom was able to read yung mga nakasulat in pen na entries ko dati lol

Mine is sort of like a prayer-diary. It's where I write about what I truly feel. It's also where I pray. I write everything that I want to tell God, even my darkest fears. It feels liberating for me, especially when I'm feeling down or when my fears start acting up. After writing, gumagaan agad ang feeling ko and my fears slowly disappear.

I think diary writing is very important. Hindi lang naman kasi siya for keeping and re-opening memories. It is also a good way of practicing your communication skills, including writing. Since you enter stories practically everyday, nahahasa ang writing skills mo. Back when I was still teaching, I asked my grades 5 & 6 students to write an entry in their diaries every week. Every Friday, I'd collect their diaries and read them at home. It was fun because I discovered a lot of things about my student.

nung elementary palang ako may diary ako hehe.. Yun nga lang may pagkaburara ako nun kaya nababasa ni mama kung ano yung nakasulat dun. Kaya simula nun ayaw ko na magsulat sa diary.

Nong elem days ako nagstart magsulat sa diary..inspired by Gmik days and Elizabeth from Sweet Valley High. Hahaha! Yung uso non yung may lock and key pa yung diary tapos scented ballpen ang ginagamit na pansulat. 

It was my way to vent out my feelings lalo na nung highschool..kasi only child ako so wala akong siblings to share it with..may bestfriend naman but you can't disclose everything to her naman diba?

Medyo naging madalang na nung nagwwork na ako. Ang hirap magsulat pag anjan yung roommate mo kasi, lalo na nung kasama ko na bf ko. Eh sya mainly ang topic, mahirap na pag nabasa nya. haha! 

But lately, I decided to start writing again since nag-abroad na si BF. Hope I could write on it frequently.

Hindi talaga siya diary na parang nung bata until College days ako, yung yearly planner ko yan na din ang diary ko Kaya very specific ako sa planner ko dapat malaki ang space bawat entry.

Lahat lahat andun, kaya tawag ko din dun buhay ko. Dun din ako nagdidikit ng mga pictures, resibo ganyan.

ME I still have. I use my Starbucks planner as my diary. As in dun ako naglalagay what happened to me that day

Me. I still have a diary. Actually not the long entries but I have a pocket diary for my grateful list and another one for my random thoughts. Di pa kasama dyan yung planner that I used for my work. This year I forego the Starbucks planner and BDJ kasi feeling ko malas ang year ko when using them so this year I am quite contented in my red planner bought in National Bookstore last January.

Ever since nung high school ako mahilig na ako magsulat sa diary saka mag random thoughts scribbles. Kaya nga natawa ako sa hubby ko when we were starting to date, he gave me a notebook that he won in a raffle. Yun yung ginamit ko na dream journal ko. haha

I keep a diary/journal ever since I was in grade school. Pero when I started working, nabawasan to the point na halos hindi na. Now, I'm trying to write as often as possible. Ang saya kasing basahin yung mga past entries and seeing how I changed or stayed the same.

Nagsusulat ako ng diary kaso binabasa ng brother ko tas tinatawanan lang nya. Kaya ayun, tumigil na ako. Bale, ngayon nagsusulat na lang ako ng poems or short stories para maglabas ng sama ng loob tas pinopost ko sa blog ko. At least ngayon, may bunga na yung emotions ko di yung puro rant lang hahaha
