Yes na yes. Before noong hindi ako masyadong nakakapag-open up sa friends ko doon ko sinusulat lahat sa diary ko pero noong nag college ako tapos nagkaroon na ng mas open na friends ayun hindi na ako laging nakakasulat sa diary pero until now may diary pa rin naman ako

nung highschool and college days, yes.  tapos nung nagka-work na journal.  then ngayon i have a new one which is a travel diary.

I bought a 5-year journal where you put what significant things happened on a particular day. Meron akong mas malaking journal where I really write what I feel.

I have one! It's something that allows me to track my past emotions and thoughts. Hehe.  Sometimes I cringed when I backtrack on the things I've jotted down. Haha.

I bought it last year at Chapters bookstore in Canada at $24.95+GST. Available din sya sa Amazon. Maliit lang na makapal and you only write in few lines so hindi overwhelming. Kung ano lang yung mga significant na nangyari in a day. After a year it's completed, balik ka ulit sa date where you started and write what happened in the same day in the current year.

I still keep my old diaries, pero hindi na ko nagsusulat. Kapag wala ako magawa at naghahalungkat ng mga kung mga anong bagay I end up reading my diaries. natatawa na lang ako sa sarili ko sa mga pinagsusulat ko.

I keep a journal which is actually my gratitude journal. Almost every day specially when something special happens or something I prayed for happens I write. I also write when I am emotional maybe with so much happiness or sadness it clears my head.

Also as much  as I can i write atleast  10 things I am grateful for in a day I love writing about the small things like my coffee or my cozy room it sets a very happy mindset specially when done in the morning

I have one right now. Well recently lang ako nag-start ulit. May love-hate relationship kasi ako sa mga hobbies ko pero this one I'm planning to keep kasi it helps me a lot. Its more of a gratitude journal pero I sometimes write the things/people/events that frustrate me. It helps a lot especially pag need ko talaga kumalma about a certain situation/person. Writing/blogging helps me a lot.
