anyone here who keeps a diary?

before i had a little pocket diary pero biglang nag stop na ako sa pagsulat kasi natatakot ako na baka may makabasa lalo pa puro hinanakit nakasulat doon. what i did was i burned that diary para sure na safe ako.
into blogging nalang ako now.

Ako, I kept a diary nung medyo bata bata pa ako.
Oo nga, ang sarap ireminisce at talagang maaalala mo kung ano yung mga pinaggagagawa mo nung bata ka pa. hehe.
Pero right now, tamad na akong magsulat kaya thru pc na lang. Digital diary. Hindi naman blog, kasi hindi ko siya pinopost sa Internet. Pansarili lang.

i used to, pero sinunog ko din yung iba kasi may mga secrets ako na ayoko malaman ng kung sino man makabasa...ngayobn pasumpong sumpong nalang magsulat sa notebook.

i do and its indeed fun to read. i read once in a book, you write diary entries daw for your future self.

i got a diary since hs years ko till now kaso hindi na sya daily basis pag may mga important events na lang s life ko na gusto kong alalahanin ulit sa pagdaan ng panahon dun lang ako nag uupdate...tulad nun binasa ko [textspeak!] mga dreams ko nun hs and college years ko...nakakatuwa lang kasi yung ibang dreams ko dun at that time ay natupad ko naman ngayon..

Ako, I kept a diary since nung college pa ko.. siguro I have almost 5 diaries. At first mga important events [textspeak!] sinusulat ko ngyon more on my feelings.

Nakakatuwa kasi when I read yung mga entries before, nakaktuwa [textspeak!] balikan yung mag old memories. Im happy din kasi I get to collect different kind of diaries. Like nacollect k yung yearly starbucks planner which I used as diaries, pero last I bought a different diary ginamit k n [textspeak!] yung moleskines.

i used to high school days and college, but now [textspeak!] na.. i have no more time to write pa eh...but everytime i reread my so-called diary, natatawa akosa mga pinaggagawa ko saka pati heartbreaks naisip kong ganun pala naexpereince ko hehe...

When I was in grade school and high school, I had an actual diary.  And they're still with me.  I think I've got 3 of them. 

When I was in college, I wrote to a friend in another university twice or thrice a week and it's like I'm sending her my journal (and she is sending me hers).

Now that blogging has been the electronic diary, it's what I'm doing these days.  Writing for myself so that when I get old, hopefully, the blog is still intact and I'll be able to read what happened to me in the past.

I still have one. Although it's more of a thought pad. I write whatever I'm feeling, or an idea or thought for an essay or a poem sa 1 small notebook na I always bring with me.

i have a total of 11 diaries with me. yung 3 na-u-update ko pa but the rest ubos na ang pages. hehe. i started writing down when i was in elementary. siguro nasa hilig ko na talaga ang magsulat kaya nga siguro yun din ang tinapos kong undergrad and now iam on my masters degree pero teaching na kinuha ko.
my diaries are individualized. kumbaga, kapag may special akong tao na gusto kong i-diary, sinusulat ko ang journey ko dun. ngayon, sa natitira kong 3 updated tungkol sa family, marriage, and personal views ko na lang.
it really releases stress and pain. kapag hindi ka na makahinga o hindi mo na mapigilan ang kung ano mang emotion ang nararamdaman mo, malaking bagay talaga ang pagkakaroon ng diary. at least sa papel, may patunay ka na ang emosyon  mo ay totoo. saka, walang pinipiling edad ang pagsusulat. Im 28 and still writing... saka masarap ang feeling kapag nakakapagsulat... pede mo rin namang i-blog eh. kumbaga cyber diary ang dating. yun nga lang marami ang maaaring makabasa...

enjoy writing your feelings. pagtanda mo, tas makita mo yun, matatawa ka. kasi yun ang nararamdaman ko kapag binabasa ko yung mga luma kong diary... may mga wrong grammar and sentences pa... minsan gusto mong i-correct kasi nakakahiya.. hehhe
