Hi mga sis!

Anyone who could give me feedback regarding the school Young Achiever's Montessori?

Thanks in advance.

Since this Montessori is quite new, all of their amenities are really brand new. My son is the only child in the family (as of now) and in our flat hence enrolling him in YAM really makes a lot of pros on his part. He became more sociable, loves singing (kahit hindi namin maintindihan ang lyrics), can count 1 to 20, memorized the alphabet from A to Z. The primer questions such as – What’s your name? How old are you? What’s the name of your dad/mom? He was able to reply back in English. The sad part lang is the diction or accent, it’s not that of a British or American ‘coz YAM is mainly run by a Filipino staff. He was able now to understand & communicate in our native toungue and in English. The disadvantage though is nahawa ang anak ko ng HFMD sa YAM & the school doesn’t have the empathy of checking who’s completely well or who’s fairly ill? They have allowed somebody to go inside the vicinity of the school even the HFMD is still for sure within the incubation period. When they knew that my son has been admitted in a hospital because of HFMD and was just recently been well, what they did is to isolate him from the rest. And you wouldn’t know how we really feel at that time as parents.

Before the headcount of the student was barely 25 now it’s up to almost 60+. Yet the number of staff remains the same…

Now that MIL is here, we opted to stop to send him to YAM.

Help naman, kukuhanan na kasi ng visa ni hubby ang aking inay.. Ano requirements na kailangan?TIA

Relative Visit Visa (Family)

Requirements:

1. NOC from Company
2. Application Form
3. Valid ID Copy
4. Wife’s Original Passport
5. Copy of Marriage &/or Birth Certificate if required to prove relationship with the Visitor
6. Relative’s Photocopy of Passport
7. Employment Agreement

**In my case, ang nirequire lang ng Mandoof instead of items 1&7 ay salary certificate. Ewan ko lang sa ibang mandoof. Uso rin kasi dito ang “wasta” sa Immigration.

Processing Fees:

QAR 220 (1st month)
QAR 200 (Monthly Extension)

Fines: QAR 200/day stay without renewal

Remarks:

1. For close relatives only
2. If require extension or replacement with Permanent Visa should undergo Medical within one week of arrival.
3. Visa is extendable for another 5 months

Kung visit visa lang ang purpose tapos eextend ng another 5months, magpapamedical diba?what is sa medical nakitang may scar siya di ba maapprovan yung extension ng visa?

Mukhang Malabo Sis kasi mahigpit ang Qatar sa ganyang kaso – kahit pa nga ba scar lang…

Buti ka pa may mag aalaga na sa Kid mo, mukhang malabo nga na makuha ko nanay ko kasi may scar siya kaya next option is kapatid ko pero gusto ko sana ang inay ko kasi mas maalagaan niya ng husto ang son ko, dati kasi sa Dubai siya kasama nami for 9mons, visit visa din. Sis Marssie, anong age ng Sis mo? Medyo mahigpit din sila sa ganitong case.

Last year, my mother came here for a visit visa. Then after 3 months we tried naman this time with my sister to apply for a family visit visa rin. It was during the Ramadan period when we applied which is pangit pala. Mas mahigpit talaga sila & shortened ang working hours so tambak ang trabaho.

My sister's visit visa application was rejected at first because of her age (26 y/o). Our company's mandoof suggested that my husband & I should do personal appearance from the Immigration's Captain. It was only after we did the personal &/or face to face interview with the Captain that my Sis visa application was approved for a maximum of 3 months stay only. For reason we don't know hindi siya pinayagan to stay here for 6 months. Siguro alam na rin ng mga taga Immigration dito na hindi naman talaga visit ang pakay ng Sis ko kundi maghanap ng work. Luckily, she was able to find a good job after a month of job hunting.

^Oh no, she's only 19 sis, fresh grad palang. Nye... Ang higpit naman talaga dito.. eh kung brother ko kaya na 26 years old, maextend kaya till six months?.. naku bigla tuloy ako nagaalala ngayon, pinakuhanan ko pa naman na ng mga docs kapatid ko para kung sakali mag apply nga work ay ready na..

@ marssie: sis, sorry hindi agad ako nakapag reply sa message mo, anyway i read na nasagot naman na ni sis "my sweet november" ang questions mo.

regarding dun sa may question about Young Achivers, add ko na rin experience ng friends ko. Yung kids nila kasi also attend school sa Young Achievers, ok naman so far ang feedback. Naging sociable din ang kids nila, and satisfied naman ang parents with their kids' learning. I heard that a family of Batanguenos administrates the school. Almost or all students who go there are Filipinos. Yun nga rin, yung son ng friend ko nahawa ng HFMD, kaya pati yung kapatid who's not attending school nahawa din.

hi mga sis,  Nandito ako sa Bahrain right now and yung regional office namin will be transferring in Qatar for good.  they already provided my Business visa which is aayusin nila to working visa pag nandyan nako.  My question is, need ko pa ba yung original ng business visa?  What do I need to bring or to show sa qatar immigration upon arrival?  thanks in advance sisses...

hello ^^ heads up lang po... a terrible thing happened to someone we know (my husband and I) last Thursday.

Galing sya sa bilihan ng alak (sorry pero hindi ko alam yung pangalan ng lugar), after buying some beer, he went to his sister's accommodation, right after parking two "locals" entered his car claiming to be CID's, one of them took the wheel and started driving around while asking him questions about his alcohol license and how much money he has. They then stopped at an ATM and demanded that he show them his savings account, they took all of his savings and a bottle of alcohol.

He reported the incident immediately, the police took some fingerprints off of his car. Hopefully they catch them.

Ingat lang po kasi they were dressed in thobs(tama ba?), complete with the head-thingy.

sis smm_0411, a copy of the business visa will do. nasa system naman kasi na ng immigration yung visa mo so they can check its authenticity. though you may need a ticket with a return to bahrain kasi business visa lang ang hawak mo.

sis syke, yun po bang friend nyo may license? baka hindi rin qatari yung naka-biktima sa kanya kasi why would they have to take his money as well. sana nga mahuli nila para hindi maulit yung ganyang incident.

yep. meron sya sis kyuting ^^ qatari daw talaga eh, he had a good look of the two guys, for more than an hour daw sya inikot-ikot around Doha...

pero I agree with you, I think hindi sila mga lokal, pero still of arab nationality. they took QR39,000 plus credit card pa pala.

some people at qatarliving.com says they couldn't be CID kasi magpapakita sila ng ID sayo, tas iku-question ka sa police station. sana mahuli na sila.

Have you heard of Yama Yoga Studio, dito ko kasi magbalak mag enroll. As of now if you click their website, wala pang updated schedule para sa Prenatal Yoga for the coming months. Until end of April lang ang naka post. Makikita mo rin Sis ang price, affordable naman…

Plan niyang kumuha ng makakasama from Pinas by July, pero baka hindi ko na mahintay kasi as of now ang laki na ng tiyan ko, compared sa panganay, kaya medyo hirap na kong mag alaga.
Balak kong maghanap ng mag aalaga [textspeak!] pero since wala naman akong ginagawa, pwede kayang nandun din ako sa haus nung mag aalaga hehe? any idea? how much kaya?...tnx

May bagong rules na raw ba or dati na? sa mga nakahusband's visa pag angwork ka kukuhanan ka na ng labor card tapos di ka na rin pwede basta basta umalis within one year or else mababan ka rin tulad ng iba??(mga nakavisa sa company?)...

@Sis kyuting13, sa Endo Outpatient ako ng HMC nagpa second opinion kasi nga sabi ng Al Ahli may hyperthyroidism daw ako. Eh wala naman sa mga sinasabing symptons ng hyperthyroidism ang nagmamanifest sa akin.

My Endocrinology in HMC is Dr. Mohd Daghash. Super dami patient niya normally mga Sheikha

finally, i am now here in Qatar... and now am starting to look for an accommodation na pede ang family kasi balak ko papuntahin dito ang mag-ama ko as soon na makuha ko yung residence permit ko... Anyone knows a good family accommodation in Al Sadd which is reasonable... I want this place kasi accessible sa lahat and most important is malapit yata ito sa PSD...

One more thing, nag accept ba ang PSD ng transferee by July or Aug?
