^ i got the 4U2 pallete, ok naman. kaso yung silver shadow ko cracked badly, nakakainis nga eh. i've got oily lids, so eyeshadows don't last on me talaga. but i used a primer nalang, so medyo mas matagal ang staying power. problem lang for me is parang puro sila shimmers, walang matte...

Try Coastal Scents Palettes din. They're affordable. Less than 1000 and you get different variety of shades. Meron 96, 88 shimmer, 88 original, 28 neutral and 26 neutral.

If I were you use a primer first before applying the eye shadow. Not only it'll stay longer it'll also make the color stands out and blend well.

So invest on  a agood primer then just purchse the no-name eyeshadows.

i'm using a primer naman pero pansin ko after an hour or 2 nawawala na yung eyeshadow.. hmm.. try ko nga yung VoV and 4u2. thanks mga sis!

^What's your primer sis? Some kasi are not that good in terms of long-wearing. Try UDPP (most popular eye primer out there) or ArtDeco.

Actually, i'm just using tfs makeup base.

^Sis, bili ka nalang ng eyeshadow primer. TFS base is specifically for face kasi that's why hindi long-lasting yung e/s

The one I can think of is ArtDeco. Around P500 lang siya. UDPP kasi nasa P1000++ na and its not readily available here.

^^^ artdeco does not work as well as i expected. it only added a couple of hours sa staying power pero nagc-crease din sya eventually. perhaps you could try UDPP if you have relatives in the US

That's the thing I use Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion. Its $17 plus tax so roughly $20. Then my eyeshadows are from Mac. Well I tried it once na gumamit ny Maybelline Shadows with my primer, it lasted for 12hrs. Imagine from 9am to 10pm meron parina kong eyeshadow.

^Not all e/s in the palette are pigmented but the others are really pigmented

ahh... which palette can you recommend? im thinking if i will get the 88piece matte pallete. im really looking for the basics pa lang naman like neutrals and for highligt. i dont want to get the neutral pallete naman kasi feeling ko almost same mga colors.

^I got the 88 original palette (matte) din kasi I can't pull of the shimmer ones. The neutral palette is nice din kaso 28 or 26 lang siya pero ka-size niya yung MAC e/s.

I think depend on which palette you can maximize best.
