anyways, ako naman, hindi ko na matandaan ang name ng shop na binilhan ko nang dining set ko. sa paco rin yun. since i am soooo busy that time, sinabi ko talaga na kailangang ideliver sa bahay ko around 6pm. pumayag naman since dinagdagan ko na lang yung delivery charge. to my dismay, tumawag sa akin ang delivery team sabi andun na sila sa street namin. i was still in our another house that time (manila), tapos delivery area will be in masinag, antipolo.

habang kausap ko yung driver, nag bihis talaga agad ako. tapos kinausap ko ang mother ko who is in the vicinity tapos sabi ko sya na ang mag receive ng items.

e di okay na. umalis na yung delivery team. tapos dumating ako around 9pm na. i inspected the chairs, the table itself and the glass. walang problem sa table at sa 5 chairs (6 seater with 6 seats ang binili kong dining set). but the other chair, grabe umuuga. hindi pantay ang mga paa. tapos mag chip na yung wood sa sandalan ng seat. kainis talaga. i called them. sabi rin tinanggap naman daw kasi sa amin without any complaint.

sinabihan ko na sila na una sa lahat, hindi sila sumunod sa usapan na ideliver ang items ng 6pm onwards dahil nagdagdag ako ng delivery charge, tapos hindi ako pumirma ng slip that it was received in good order dahil nga sa hindi sila sumunod sa usapan.

IM JUST looking at stephanie trading now. buti nabasa ko ito. dalang dala na ako sa furniture shops.
the one in festival mall, on the furnitures and home floor (THE SAME SHOP THAT SELLS SWIMMING POOL EQUIPMENT dahil don din bumibili ang nanay ko) that is where i got my daughters' wardrobe. sobrang nightmare. to think na pangalawang buy ko na sa kanila where i spent more than 250k for a custom made sala set so naalala nila ako.
anyway i bought the wardrobe and custom-made din. delayed ng 1 month sa agreed date. tapos wala pang mag-aassemble at bali baliktad ang kabit ng doors nun wardrobe nun nag-assemble. magaspang din ang finish kaya pinapunta pa un supplier nila (from tarlac) para kinisin pa. imagine diba ang baho ulit non nasa room na namin. then wala ding pole na sabitan ng mga damit ng bata. kada problema pahintay hintay sila ng isang linggo sa akin na kung tutuusin e delayed na nga sila. salbaheng mga tao. makarma. naalala ko pa tuloy. haaaayz

Sa Stephanie Trading ko nakuha ang sala set na binili namin last March lang. Ok naman ang transaction namin sa kanila. In-inspect din ng mister ko yung every foam & chair, wala namang ganitong problema. above 20k yung price ng sala set sa SM, 15k lang ang kuha namin (3 seater + 2 pcs 1 seater & 2 side tables)

Urban Concepts in SM Southmall is currently on sale until Sept 15. Ok naman yung mga furnitures. Yung oval dining set which regularly sells at P19000 is now selling at P10,000...Ok naman yung design and mukha rin namang matibay. Any feedbacks mga sis with Urban Concepts

there will be a furniture fair in nov 11 at megatrade hall. i've been to there last yr. seems maganda naman yun quality ng mga wood furnitures nila. mura pa compare sa mga mall furnitures stores. meron din sa market market some furnitures naman are solid wood. which for me mas ok padin ang mga dining tables na made in solid wood compare sa mga laminated woods.. sana makahanap ako this nov 11 ng gagawa ng gusto ko pagayang dinning table

Went to Home warehouse sale in sm mega last week. I really waited for this event kase m about to move-in na sa unit ko at need to buy na home furnishings. First time to visit this kind of event and i must say i made the right decision, i was able to buy a japanese side table for 1400 when before price nya ay 7 thou, mattress for only 5 thou before 15 thou. Kanina na deliver na sila. Good value at good prices, can't wait for another event such as this.

tapos na yung pinagawa kong bahay... so, it's time naman to buy the furnitures... since sa ibang bansa ako naka-based... I can only manage to buy yung mga ready-made na... though mas ok sana kung made-to-order kaso hindi ko rin naman maaasikaso dahil wala naman ako dyan...

i'll be on a 4-day vacation in manila in october to pay the dp for the house and turnover na rin... on this very short vacay there, plan ko na ring mag canvass ng furnitures... yung basics lang muna... like

queen-size beds (2)
single bed (1) with pull over
sofa set (1)
dining table (1)

I plan to have all these before december.... then once meron na, we can move in na to the house... and pag uwi ko sa december a week before christmas, full blast naman ng interior...

my question is... may masusuggest ba kayong furniture stores na affordable ang prices and tested na ang quality... so far I only know is SM.... and since wala naman kaming sariling sasakyan... we can't afford din na mag canvass sa malayong lugar from our home... our place is in Caloocan so, usually... SM NE and Trinoma lang kami....

we just went to mypajo today. we made a reservation sa C and E furnitures, 21k na yung platera, dining set (6seater) and TV rack. Free na yung delivery tapos pina repaint ko ng dark color yung platera saka yung dining set. I'll post the pictures pag napadeliver na namin excited na ko!
