^ako, I personally transacted with Jackie talaga in their Shaw office. At first, OK naman. Ang problema talaga is yung execution ng order. Pagdeliver na lang, kalbaryo na! At eto pa, yung nagustuhan mong model---hindi talaga nila binebenta!

How did I know? When the guys who delivered the wrong bed and dinette model in the condo, I showed them kung ano talaga yung order namin. They said, they NEVER had that model in stock. Ibig sabihin, yung mga pinapakita ni Jackie Salas at ng JRS Contractors sa website nila, hindi talaga in stock EVER!

 Naku ganito rin po ang situation ko,naghintay ang sister ko,wala na daw delivery dahil gabi na daw,naipit daw sa isang buyer na wala pa,ang point ko ,kung sino yung ready na mag pay at waiting ,sana inuna na,Ako pa ang nag co-communicate.Jackie promised tomorrow na ma de-deliver.Sana bukas matuloy na.( Ewan ko kung totoo,Sunday kasi).

 Nag text po yung sister ko,finally na aasemble na ang pull out bed na gusto ko.Nag discussion pa kami ni Ms.Jackie,but finally inasikaso nila today.Mabilis sila gumawa ng beds,furnitures but sa execution ng delivery mahirap.But thank God,okay na rin ngayon.

try nyo sa stephanie trading along pedro gil in paco.. same furnitures that you see in SM or Our Home but cheaper ng around 3-4k (case to case).. ang problem lang they only sell and doesn't customize unless siguro offered ng suppliers nila

Namamahalan ako (kasi akala ko mura talaga sensya na kurips) sa stephanie trading kasi 15T yung round table 4 seater na dining set. Walang tawad2x yun na raw yun. Sa dimensione yung 4 seater nasa 16T+ (rectangular shaped table). Dinayo ko ito 3 weeks ago, akala ko kasi malaki difference sa mall price

^sis d kasi ako magaling humanap ng maganda pag "nakatambak" yung nasa harap ko kaya sa folder nila na may pictures ako humanap. Btw, sis may bahay lang ako sa south pero qc kami ngayon uy may mandaue na pala sa south soon maganda yung pinagawa ko na sofa safe daw kulay na pinili ko. Manipis lang kaha nung design kaya swak sa maliit na space kasi pang condo itong tinatapos ko ifurnish sa ngayon

hello mga sis,

share ko lang. we went to play & display quezon ave earlier today to look for a sofa and bedframe for our unit. they're on sale but we found the prices too steep pa rin. we liked a bedframe, it's rubberwood from malaysia, queen-size and costs P17K, discounted na. they have a very nice leather L-shaped sofa but this one costs P29,900, discounted na rin (original price was double).

we opted to look elsewhere muna baka may good finds sa iba and true enough, sa mandaue foam (along quezon ave din) kami nakakita dami choices and mas mura. we decided to get their king size bedframe made of solid mahogany which costs P13,500 only, orig price was P15k. there was an L-shaped sofa pero fabric ang cover, same price din namin nakuha. i just had the base and cushion cover changed to the specific fabric color and design we wanted based from their swatches.

on a side note, we visited ikea makati last month and found a very nice, large sofa but it costs P24K, no more tawad. gusto ko sana pero the price is not within my budget. ganda nga designs talaga dun pero masyado mahal (bec of overseas shipping costs).

re: corelle, if you have relatives in the US, have them buy for you. It's so much cheaper! I got a 30 pc set for only $60 - less than PHP 3k. In Manila a set is 4-6K.

Before I purchased the set, I asked the sales assistant if it was ok to put in in luggage. She said it would be fine as long as it was inside luggage and not on it's own. They're packed naman properly for transit.

Pyrex is cheap too, I bought a 12 pc set for less than $30.

oo nga sis eh, sobrang overpriced dito. but I read in this thread nag sale din sila dati sa may eastwood. baka lang meron ulit, and mura. but i'm planning on getting some from the states as well.

Relatively cheaper but the service, palpak to the high heavens

Comments:
1. May sira ang unit delivered to us and they were trying to shift the blame on us.
2. Claiming that the "received in goof order and condition" should control kahit I never signed the conforme portion.
3. May sira daw due to the nature of the leather di daw maiiwasan during the transportation of the furniture.
4. No one ever made an apology for the palpak deliveries, puro excuses lang.

My nightmare:
 Naku went there last saturday (ordered a sofa bed and a cabinet). We asked that they deliver it in the afternoon they agreed, dumating morning the next day. When we checked (around hapon na kasi we were busy) there is this giant tear in the side. We called them up, ayaw pa at the start palitan kasi daw there is a "received in good order and condition" in the receipt. Although hindi talaga kami pumirma since we were not able to check it. We went there again to talk to the owner, pinilit pa rin na "received in good order and condition" given na daw yun kahit hindi ako nakapirma at ayaw tanggapin ang complaint letter ko, they will replace it na lang daw. Sige we went to their bodega and the owner was giving a different model to hubby, siyempre ayaw ni hubby he wants the model that we bought. Dumating naman the replacement (although late at alam nila that we are busy and inaantay lang sila) at may sira na naman the replacement (note: 2nd unit na to which was delivered to us). Ok lang sana if may konting gasgas pero hindi there is this laceration na kita na loob. We talked to the owner, saleslady na lang pinakausap sa min. Ang sabi pa since leather (leatherette lang yujn actually) dapat given na may konting sira due to the transportation. Siyempre we can't agree to that. Ibabalik na lang daw the money. They want us to go to their office and claim the money and I was like, why should we go to your store for the 3rd time when it is the seller who  is palpak? After a long discussion, the saleslady will go to our unit in wed to give the money and new receipt. She better come on wednesday otherwise they will see how an angry customer is. Ok lang naman sa kin na may konting palpak pero pag puro palpak tapos they wouldn't take the blame for their action? I hope you guys wont suffer the same fate.

Saan kaya mas mura and mas maraming options ng mga sofa bed, sa Mandaue Foams or sa SM Megamall? I've seen some of the sofa beds ng Megamall and mukhang ok naman. Meron maliliit lang, meron naman yung parang for 3 persons na ata yun. I've never been to Mandaue Foams kasi e, ayaw ko naman masayang oras ko if wala naman pala maraming choices ng sofa beds duon.
