I agree with i_miss_sleep that girltalk is my day to day bible too from my wedding back in 2006, to moving to a new house, tips from fellow homemakers in managing a household, even in finding a good doctor.

Sa savings naman and investment: i feel that i have to be serious about this na. I'm turning 28 and sometimes i feel too young for this or in denial lang ako sa reality hehehhe

Kaya lang minsan, pag nababad ako sa Primp & Prettify or Fashionistas Unite thread, lam mo na, mejo natatapilok, nagagasta ang pera.
I guess it depends. What you focus on expands. So kung puro pagkakagastahan ang binabasa mo, gagasta ka. Kung puro smart money moves, matututo ka sa pera.

i used to be in GT 24/7! as in! breakfast ko rin to sa umaga. LOL!
some of my closest friends now, i met in GT!
a lot of my valued clients in Sun Life are from GT too.
GT is my holy grail when i need to research on something.
in na in ako sa mga latest happenings when i was still very active in GT.
now that i can only check GT once every so often... miss na miss ko na ang GT!!!
buti nalang my friends here sometimes text me pag may bago silang natutunan sa GT. haha!

dito ako nagkaron ng karamay when it comes to pregnancy issue. yung mga virtual friends na nakaka-unawa at nakaka-relate sa case ko. sa kaka-search ko sa internet about pregnancy issues dito ako napadpad. and im glad about it.kasi medyo nabawasan yung burden ko when i found out na di pala ako nag-iisa.
dito rin ako ng nakakakuha ng mga ideas about kakikayan. and marami ako nadidiscover, like a certain brand is okay daw, than this one...something na pampa-beauty

love GT!! found this site nun bedrest pa ako, was 2months preggy at that time..before I was super bored,but when I joined GT, I didn't notice na patapos na ang araw, hindi pa ko tapos magbasa sa mga thread..haha..

aside from informative, na encourage din akong magluto before kasi nakaasa lang ako kay manang (our kasambahay) and si hubby na magluto. nakakatuwa lang kasi nasusubukan ko yung mga recommended nilang lutuin and natutuwa si hubby kasi napapagluto ko na siya and thats because of girltalk
