i used dumbbells dati, 4 lbs each. too much weight na pala yun for toning ng arms, waah! lumaki tuloy arms ko esp nung nagstop ako. pwede na daw ako kargador

san may shake weight mga sis? how much yun?

ang mga braso ko, lumiit sa kakajogging ko. jogging every other day, minsan, twice a month, nasali ako sa mga runs =)

Nung underweight ako, i have big arms na pero derecho pa. Now that normal to chubby nako, i have flabs na, same with thunder thighs na rin.

I use dumbells and then susundan ko steps from a video. Effective naman siya, lumiit braso ko at medyo n firm. Nakakatulong din pag jojogging.
