^ sis snitch, i'm also living here in singapore and medyo di ako magaling maghanap ng mga sale seats for trips to europe. palagi kong old standy is emirates. although emirates is really not that ideal, pwede na din for the price.
how do you find those sale seats mga sis? i've tried looking at other airlines websites pero consistent na pinakamura talaga ang emirates. sabi ng officemate ko dito, it doesn't matter daw when you buy the ticket basta di lang lumampas ng 3 months before departure date because that's when the prices start to go up.
i need help talaga in getting cheap tickets to paris for september next year. honeymoon trip namin. was debating between santorini greece and paris and decided on paris kasi ang hassle pa to book separate domestic flight to santorini. ayokong mastress sa honeymoon namin.
which countries in europe do you recommend for honeymoon mga sis? ang problema ko kasi sa paris, the hotels are so expensive and if we get an apartment, parang di naman feeling honeymoon kami. 
was thinking pa nga that for the price of the paris trip, we could get to stay for several nights at amanpuri in phuket. but i really want to go to europe. so looking for a country na di hassle puntahan plus has nice lodgings (fit for honeymooners) na di ko naman kailangan manghold up ng bangko to afford.

I haven't tried emirates, hindi ko alam na meron sila hehe. So i tried now lang and I saw, like e.g you want to travel on sept 2011, sample amount is around 1286sgd per person for round trip fare. price wise, ok na rin siya kasi mine, i got for 1000sgd pero promo yun (so i need to book a certain time) plus non refundable. atleast dito sa emirates, pwede i cancel, me fee lang. so on that note ok. however, ang
[textspeak!] ko gusto sa kanya, me stop over sa dubai (not a direct flight to paris) so ang tagal ng total flight mo. halos 18.5hrs including stopover and waiting time.
Hindi pa ako diretso nagpunta sa paris from singapore. lagi kasing kaming sa germany dahil yung company ko is germany based so some of my trips are business trips. pag qantas, lufthansa at singapore airlines kasi, direct, tapos 12hrs lang to germany. makakatulog ka na ng diretso, tipid pa sa time. impt kasi yung 6.5 hrs pang travel mo na rin at mas efficient mo magagamit yung leaves mo for travelling. halos 13hrs din mawawala sayo, = 1 day if not direct flight.
how did i get sale tickets? first thing, i subscribed sa newsletter ng airlines na me direct flights to the place i want to go. so for me germany, im subsribed to qantas, lufthansa and singapore airlines. they will always send you newsletter pag me promo sale. prblem lang with this, me definite time sila at me definite travel period. so for you na me specific date na gusto, sept 2011, mahirap maghintay kasi baka walang dumating na promo sa time na gusto mo. and usually, promo are given a few months before the travel date. like now, me promo ulit ang qantas but for travel on jan 2011. so sa malayo pa na flights, i doubt na merong magsale ng malayo pa. the reason i think na nagsesale kasi sila is pag malapit na tapos hindi pa puno ang flights. so pag malayo pa, marami pang possiblity na me bibili ng tickets at normal price.

our trip on jan 2011 is our delayed honeymoon hehe! i was so busy kasi na asikasuhin ang honeymoon during wedding preps so niseparate namin. plus, i dont have leaves this year na for honeymoon. sayang naman kung 1 week lang kami sa europe. so tinaon namin next year, sa chinese new year kasi me shutdown kami sa office ng 1 week (so definitely forced leave kami) tapos magkakaron ako ng bagong leave credits. tama pa nag sale ang lufthansa for jan-feb flights so yun book na agad!
Sis, kahit na maganda daw sa amanpuri sa phuket (haven't been there), i really really prefer you both visit europe! been to phuket,thailand and indonesia beaches, even in japan pero iba talaga ang ichura ng europe. it's like your in a different city talaga. you will feel kasi iba ang achitecture. for me kasi, pag asian countries, pareho ng feel sa pinas. so better to go and see europe para maiba naman
For honeymoon, I always recommend Venice in Italy! It's so far my favorite city in europe specially for couples! super romantic and lovely! will those gondolas and water around you... its a city on a water so kakaiba. you get to travel by water taxi instead of land taxi. plus, getting on a boat at night with you partner is the most romantic! you may want to consider
me cheap flights naman from venice to paris.
Paris, ewan ko pero i personally didn't like it
i have so much expectation on it pero ewan ko, sa lahat ng napuntahan namin, aside form disneyland and eiffel tower, the rest, hindi ko na gusto. country side maybe would be wonderful but the city, i didnt like it that much. i found some areas dirty lalo na yung trains nila. plus takot ako sa mga tao dun haha. madami kasing blacks (racist ba hehe)tpos they would really approach you sometimes and look at you. sabi ko nga never akong sasakay ng train magisa dun.
How about alps? r u not a fan of it? france has Mont Blanc, the tallest mountain in the French Alps. Alps are amazingly beautiful!!! and it's super romantic for you both

Imagine waking up (find hotel with alps view) with your hubby and looking at the window with those snow-capped alps..it's literally breathtaking....when i saw the german alps (maliit pa to) last 2008, i promised myself i am going to to switzerland and see all these alps!! (hence the switzerland trip for honeymoon this jan hehe)
