^sis kittyn: Pinakamalapit sakin ang Symmetry Dance Studio on BF Homes Paranaque. I've always wanted to try it kaso baka hindi kayanin ng powers ko. LOL! Marami ba nag-aattend sa kanila? Nakakahiya naman kung maraming kasali tas may makita pa ko na kakilala ko. LOL!  ;D

Hi sisses.

Newbie lang po.

Meron pole dancing sa may greenhills? san po eksakto?

Yung sa pearl drive naman, paano puntahan from Rob Galeria?

I'm looking for something na maeenjoy ko para madivert ang pagiging broken hearted. Salamat po.

hello mga sis, im into pole dancing right now, im taking my classes here in bf, sa symmetry dance studio. Almost 2 months na ko naka-enroll, im enjoying it so much. Pero un 1st 2 session ko, i almost gave up, kc super sakit sa katawan and i got lots of bruises tlaga, pra ka na-hazing! hehe! but later on ma-immune ka na sa pain, and ma-eenjoy mo na kpag natuto ka na ng mga tricks and spins. Good benefit for me, nakakawala ng stress and you feel sexy :)

sis san banda un symmetry dance studio? and how much? taga bf resort ako sis;) thank you;)

Sa Gen Studios in Pearl Drive ORtigas lang yung may certified pole dance instructors in the whole country. :) 400 per session and the Polecats are really friendly, para silang family. Maiinspire ka talaga. Nakakapagod nga lang kahit 1 hr lang.

@avesoriano
-- Hi. If you live in a condo, I believe you need to get a permit from the Facilities department first for teh installation. Otherwise, you can always go a hardware and ask purchase a stainless steel pole. Standard ceiling heights are usually 7ft 4in to 9ft. Order a 50mm (2in) and 45mm (1.75in) diameter, depending on what you think would work best for you. And then you can look for a reliable construction service angency to install it for you. :)

If you have money to burn (around 10k-20k, just order online do install it yourself. Kind of. :)
