may dance studio na rin and movement dito sa Unionbank Plaza ortigas...excited na kami to join kasi P1888 lang ang offer nila for unlimited dance sessions..including pole dancing. check namin ng officemates yung facilities tonight

di pa ready yung pole when we tried the demo, for installation pa lang. Sched of pole dancing from Jul23-Aug31: 830pm(Wed) and 730pm(Thurs).

sis ezonme, would you know the diameter of the poles in movement? i noticed kase sa video, mas malaki yung pole nila kesa sa pole na binili ko. sabi ni hub no wonder hindi maka-grip yung legs ko, sobrang liit daw kase nung pole ko, may connection kaya yun? sabi ko naman pag naman sobrang laki nung pole, hindi naman maka-grip yung hands ko

yung sa studio is 2 inches or 50 mm.. yung binili nila grace na pole from movement is 45mm or 1 1/2 inch. Na try ko yung kay 45mm, and mas nahirapan ako to do inverts.. pero sabi ni ed sa una lang daw siguro yun since nasanay kami sa 50mm.

^ i see 1 1/2 din pala yung kina grace, siguro i need more practice lang, hindi talaga ako maka-invert kase nagsla-slide ako pababa dahil kulang sa grip yung legs..

^ hi sis.. for me it's more on nakaka tone siya ng arms, abs and legs.. pero kung macocontrol mo yung kain mo sis or kung mag didiet ka for sure liliit yung tummy mo.. sakin kasi dito talaga siya lumiit chaka ngayon mejo nagkaka abs na haha.

^ correct ka sis, for me ang bilis nya makapagpa-abs, although hindi naman mala-six pack agad

share ko lang sis, when i was trying to do the invert (yung scorpion ba yun?) i accidentally hit my right knee sa pole. siguro sobrang lapit ko kase sa pole kaya pag-buelo ko ayun! hampas ang knee ko. takot nga ako kala ko nabasag na knee cap ko. fortunately hindi naman, pero eto ang laki ng bruise ko sa may kneecap... oh well, the price of staying fit

by the way sis ezonme, remember yung idea natin before na magtayo ng studio sa cavite? do you think ed would be interested? dami ko na nakausap na potential clients
