sis ezonme how's the rehearsal for the recital? sayang hindi nako naka-rehearse, and am sure i won't be able to attend the recital. sobrang busy with hub LOL!

btw i bought my own pole na tee hee... i bought it sa local stainless and aluminum store dito samin. only 1150php. pero hindi pa kasama yung mga screw. can't wait na nga na ma-install ni hub kaso busy pa daw sya :p

post some more videos sis, miss ko na mag-pole!!! i need some inspiration

^ good for you. medyo nasa polishing stage na haha.. ang kulit nga cause on Monday meron pang pictorial haha... kanina  yung pole ni rina na hulog haha.. anyway, i'll send you the link na lang sa vids pag natransfer ko na have fun with hubby! more babies!!

hub installed my pole yesterday. am so excited pero parang beginner na naman ako. can't hardly pull myself up LOL!!! :p

^ hi!

i bought mine at a local stainless/aluminium hardware. only 1,800php for a 10ft x 1 1/4 in. pole. kaso lang you have to hire someone to install it. in my case, hub did it for me and it took him almost the whole day LOL!

you can also try Cris Sports (SM Malls), from what i know they sell 8ft. poles for around 2k php.

i'm interested w/ pole dancing kaso i'm prone to bruises..... tapos i have scoliosis pa.... am i fit for this?

^bruises is fine, we've actually discovered several items na para mapabilis ang pagkawala ng pasa. I'm not sure about your scoliosis.. i'll ask Ed (my pole instructor) later.

@ mic parro - wasn't able to ask Ed about scoliosis he was not there kanina eh.. walk in ka lang movement studio in greenhills. puwedeng per session muna kunin mo.. per session is 500. There's a beginner's class at lunch 12 noon - 1:30 there's also one at 6 pm till 7pm. Just bring a short shorts.. dont apply any lotions.

@ iggypop - yes we might watch.. when are u coming back sa studio? anyway for the bruises, there's hirudoid.. not sure of the spelling, tincture, katinko. haha.

^ hirudoid? i used to use it for varicose veins, pwede na siguro katinko :p i miss Movement na nga, kaso dito pa si hub and am savoring every moment of it hehe. August pa siguro
