the first thai resto i tried was my thai. ok siya masarap nga

nacucurious naman ako sa chariya. plus pa yung malapit yung branch niya sa amin

fave ko yung bagoong rice ng my thai may kasama pang green mangoes. yum

di pala dapat matamis ang pad thai :x gusto ko itry tuloy yung sa chariya saka sa iba pa kaso madalang na lang ako makaalis

Meron bang branch ang SR sa P.Noval? Nakakatuwa lang. Ang lapit kasi ng Dapitan sa P. Noval tapos meron din dun. Hehe pero mas masarap sa Dapitan at nakakabusog compared sa P. Noval. Pero i cannot say na authentic pala siya dahil accdg to our sis, hindi daw dapat ganun yung lasa ng pad thai (yung natikman ko sa SR). Sa P. Noval branch, bagoong rice with mango yung inorder ko.. Ok lang pero di ko masasabing happy ako kasi mas masarap pa luto ng mommy ko. Haha. Ewan ko, di ko feel yung SR sa P. Noval :p

Meron isang stall ng super cheap na Thai food sa food court ng Uniwide Coastal Mall of all places. Masarap yung mga noodle soups nila. Parang nasa P70 lang ang isang bowl, andami na.

My mom was able to buy galangal (langkawas in Tagalog) at Farmers Market. Now I can cook tom yam goong! Last Saturday, I cooked Pad Thai, Pla Naeng Ma Naw (steamed fish with coriander lime fish sauce) ang Bagoong rice. It's fun to cook Thai food at home especially with well-stocked groceries like Landmark and markets like Farmers and Salcedo. Buying ingredients is so easy na. Palm sugar na lang talaga ng kulang dito.

This is Sen Lek sis? Meron nito sa Better Living din and may new restaurant sila sa BF. Masarap nga ang pad thai nila, in my opinion, way better than Som's and Chariya (tried them both na).

Aside from the Thai food places mentioned in this thread, try going to Salcedo Weekend Market. There's a stall there that sells Thai food. Delicious din.

Suki ako dun when I still work for my former company because we have Saturday workdays. Their iced tea is super good, too. Tastes authentic.

Sya nga! aba, may resto na sila? umuunlad na ha! good for them

Yung owner daw kasi is Thai kaya masarap talaga ang timpla nila.

may new Thai resto in Kapitolyo Pasig near Ace water spa.. Nav Thai ata.. di ko maalala.. nakabili kasi kami ng voucher pero di pa namin nagagamit.. may nabasa kasi akong nice reviews kaya napabili ng vouchers

I thought chariya closed down in Makati? I used to go there and I simply love the catfish salad kahit sa PP yun din gusto ko. Sana may malapit sa office namin, hirap na hirap na ko when my cravings strike!

had bagoong rice from tom yum thai at SM mall of asia's food court yesterday. very filling for only P80, and the flavors are just the way i like them.

I get my weekly fix of Thai food from Crustasia Shangrila (best thai milk tea!)

When i was in college, I used to frequent SR Thai in Concepcion St. Dapitan (UST area).
I love their Tom Yum, Chicken in Red Wine, Bagoong Rice, Pad Thai, Beef Hofan, Spring Rolls, Crab Meat in Curry (or milk, i already forgot) Sauce and Thai Iced Tea

I'm not sure if it's Thai but I like the Seafood Spaghetti from Crustasia.
