i used to like my eggs sunny side up... but now, i like it soft boiled and scrambled with tomatoes, onions, bell pepper and mushrooms!

since my sis likes sunny side up or omelette lang, we tried the commercial shown on TV. yung beaten egg with butter & mayonnaise

okay daw, mas fluffy din yung egg

i don't eat it though kasi mayonnaise and mas like ko hardboiled egg...

sunny side up (99%) of the time.
scrambled with kamatis and sibuyas, patatas, bacon etc (1%) of the time.

she paired it with bacon and rice. LOL. i didn't try kasi di ako kumakain ng mayo..

sunny side up pero di toasted yung yolk at dapat low fire lang para di marami ang bubbles, kung scramble naman fresh milk ang naka lagay. hmmm saray sa mainit n pandesal.
