try the mushroom omelette from Country Style.. they serve it with a slice of wheat bread toast (P75 ala carte) :D it's fluffy and loaded w/ mushrooms! the tuna omelette was good too but since I don't like mayo (they use tuna salad kasi for the tuna omelette), I prefer the one with mushrooms.

scrabled eggs and yung ylk nya, parang half cooked na hindi.. hehe.. nasusuya kasi ako pag sunny side up tsaka pag luto talaga yung yolk, kaya in between lang.. hehe..  ;D

When i went to India, lagi ko paluto ang scrambled egg with masala. yummy. ginaya ko nga once pero iba pa rin yung lasa pag andun ka.

masarap ba yung itlog na maalat? never tied eating it pero I have friends na sarap na sarap e.. haha, they mix it lang with tomatoes. I wonder how it tastes though :P

Poached :) Haven't mastered the art of poaching though, sumasabog ang egg white eh. My mom does it better, I think.

I don't eat balut, but I like penoy, pero dapat the higupin variety. Hindi ko nga lang alam kung san bumibili nun sa Maynila, sa Bulacan may dinadaanan kame ng mga kapatid ko only when umuuwi ako sa hometown ni daddy sa San Ildefonso.
