I do. Pero nililista ko kung sino nangheram at anong book ang hineram. Hihi. Minsan kasi walang kusa ibalik so nalilimutan ko, good thing na may list ako.

May time na parang ayoko magpaheram kasi sobrang alaga ko sa books at ayoko naman na sila ang makaluma sa books ko. Malinis, walang mga tupi, covered blah blah. So pag hineheram nila, sinasabi ko nalang, "Ingatan mo yan ha, wag mo gugusutin." With humor para hindi naman ako masyadong masabihan na maarte kahit totoong maarte sa books.

I used to, pero na-trauma ako that some people failed to return them. So I've stopped lending books na. Just like Miss Charcoal, I think I'm ok wish sharing textbooks.

Yes. Pero sa friends ko lang na alam kong marunong mag alaga ng books. And may note ako na handle with care.

I also provide bookmark sa book na ipapahiram ko to make sure na walang tiklop sa mga pages. I feel bad kasi pag tinitiklop yung mga pages as their bookmark.

ggod thing walang reader sa mga friends ko kaya hindi ko problem yung magpahiram ng books sa kanila lol

but an officemate before borrowed some of my books, nag resign na lahat lahat hindi na nabalik books ko. nag try ako ipm siya sa facebook if done na siya sa books, nag ok naman siya, message daw niya ko when kami magmeet para isoli. tapos hindi na nag message. and to be honest naiisip ko parin yung mga books ko na pinahiram sakanya until now haha. bibili nalang siguro ko ng bago.

For my favorites or very hard-to-find copies, no. I'd like to have these books on hand when I get the urge to re-read them.

For the rest of my books, I lend them to select individuals who I know will return them and will somehow take care of them. I love that many people will be able to read and appreciate my books. Books are meant to be read and a well-loved book WILL get dog-eared over time, but just like any other object that's borrowed, sana people will respect that it is a borrowed item and that they should return it, within a reasonable period and in decent condition. If a person previously borrowed a book from me and I never saw it again, or binalik nga pero mukhang basahan na, then hindi na siya makakahiram ulit.

fot textbooks , NO WAY JOSE!! sa ibang books oo, pero minsan kasi kainis, kapag hahanapin sa kanila, sila pa galit, ano un ateh? saglit mo lang babsahin hindi forver yan, kasi very pay day pa naman, bumibili me books,,,as in,, nakakainis kapag un mga faves books ko hinaram n nga, pinahiram pa sa iba at inuwi pa sa province, sabi ko "hindi naman ikkasira ng friendship natin yan, pero konsensya na lang " .. naku, buti naman binalik,,,sobrang hiya eh

Yes I do...

Pero I just discovered (just now) na yung friend ko, everytime na humihiram siya ng books saken, pinipicturan pala niya at pinopost sa FB at para bang "bookworm" ang dating niya. And pinapaalam sa FB na kesyo good read blah blah blah. I dunno. Para bang "hey! those are mine"..

Yes, and I don't care kung ibalik or hindi. Nabasa ko na naman yun. I actually get excited when people see my books and want to read them. I offer the books before they even ask.

Very rare ako mag-lend ng books at sa family & close friends lang (sa mga trusted kong marunong rumespeto ng property ng iba hehe). Ayoko ko kasi ng sakit ng ulo haha! Yung mga di marunong magsauli, kung magsoli naman lukot-lukot na yung book nakakabadtrip lang eh kaya wag ng pahiramin.
