Hi! I also applied sa IBM, last april 2013, I'm a fresh graduate. Fortunately, I passed the exam and my first interview was okay. The recruiter said, they'll call me for a phone interview after two weeks and then after two weeks if got no call, I can make a follow-up call para maupdate yung phone interview ko. I'm really losing hope, matagal kaya talaga ang process for the phone interview? btw, i applied for HR positions, matatawagan pa kaya ako? i'd really appreciate if there would be responses from you gals.

Regarding vls... How true na dapat forecasted ang vls for the whole year. Also, may monthly utilization ba such as if 40 hrs/wk and magrender ng extra hours pa para makapagtake ng vl? Parang 97% daw ng working days in a month dapat magwork

Bonjour sissies, nag apply ako sa IBM. Passed their initial phone interview and online exam. Next daw is Phone interview again nextweek with someone. Ano kaya next procedure nila? Mabilis ba? Ano kaya mga usual questions? Sorry madaming questions.

I'm a former IBMer and I only have good things to say about the company. The environment/ culture is good and you really learn a lot kasi super intact ng processes nila and before you go to the field, they give you intensive training. Yun nga lang, mejo mababa sila talaga magbigay ng basic pero dami namang perks.
