mga sis, I just got my "boarding ticket" kanina para sa Orientation ko for Aug.11 kaso wala naman dun yun Schedule of work & pay out e.
Naeexcite lang ako malaman yun pay out para alam ko kung magkano budget before sweldo. hehe
Anyways, I'm sure sa Orientation sasabihin naman yun

^nalito ako sis.. kelan ba first day mo? sa first day kasi ibibigay yung form na sinasabi ko. andun nakalagay kung kelan first payout mo as well as work sked. wala rin dun yung amount ng sasahurin mo sis, kasi nasa payslip yun.

meron bang mga sis dito na SAP competency? ang weird lang dahil nakareceive ako ng invite from a manager under SAP pero hindi naman yun ang competency ko. pano ba process talaga ng IBM kapag ililipat ka na ng project? ang gulo kasi, ni wala man lang advise ng HR tapos may invite na ako for interview eh matagal pa naman roll off ko.

yun lang ang pansin kong pangit sa IBM, parang "bahala ka sa buhay mo" dito. after ka i-hire, bahala ka na.. ni hindi mo alam kung kanino ka pwedeng magtanong kasi hindi mo naman syempre matatandaan lahat ng names na nandun sa code of conduct na ibibigay nila sayo prior to onboarding. access mo, ikaw rin ang bahala. pag napunta ka sa bench, labo labo ang upuan dito. hindi kagaya sa accenture na pampered ka talaga.

Sa Aug.11 ang Orientation ko so considered na daw to as 1st day of work.

^sis Dhee-Dhee, I'm not from IBM but I have friends from SD and boyfie is one of the PEMs.   

It is still best to consult with your PEM, sis and ask why ka may invite for SAP.  Ang pagkakaalam ko, in demand ang SAP ngayon so most probably your PEM is trying to find you a different project kahit matagal ka pa mag-roll off.   May mga trainings or knowledge transfer pa kasi for crossband upskill.

^ parang ganyan nga usually ang nangyayari, sinasabak lang kaagad and then pag-aaralan na lang.  im not sure kung may classroom trainings sila, kasi kulang sa budget ang IBM for that.   i pushed boyfie for a certain certification, denied ng IBM kasi walang budget.    

maganda na rin yan, sis.  dagdag sa skill mo ang SAP.  good luck!

nakakainggit naman yang pinapadala sa Europe.  haha!    Pero sabi niya, parang wala pang naonshore na PEM sis.  Kung meron man, hindi na sila PEM, ibang position na daw.

Not true na PeM lang ang pinapadala abroad. Mostly practitioners ang pinapadala hindi PeM.

^oo sis. pagdating mo sa HR, may ibibigay na piece of paper sayo, andun yung sched mo, employee number, manager name, etc at ang pinakamahalaga sa lahat.. andun yung date ng first payout mo. goodluck sis!

Hi mga sis! 

Just want to know pano ba hiring process or steps? Kasi I've applied sometime last July. Nakapasa ko sa exam nila tas after ng initial interview keep my line open nalang daw. Tas weeks have passed wala silang tawag until okay na ko, employed na and diko narin inintindi kasi night shift post. Until last Aug. 17 to my surprise tinawagan nila ko and did a phone interview. The recruiter told me that she'll consider me for the post(na hindi ko naman inapplyan) and scheduled me for an interview with the hiring manager the next day. The position is for an urgent post daw and the training for the new account will be held 1st week of September. I assume kasi that since it's urgent mabilis ang proseso but until now wala parin. Sobrang gusto ko dun kasi sa technohub lang kaya malapit sakin. Nagfollow up ako sa HR pero, wala pa daw naifoforward sakanila. I'm reading responses and some have fast applications. I'm thinking of following my app again kaya lang baka makulitan. Hmm.. Watcha think?

Hi mga sis.. I have an exam with IBM this coming Monday on Libis. I have no idea about the exam. I am applying as an Invoice Processor (Accounting) Could someone give me some advice on their recruitment   and specially dun sa exam? Thanks!! I really want to join IBM [textspeak!] kasi...

so happy for my cousin.  newly grad sya.  medical nya na ngayon sa libis.  pero he will start working next week pa sa IBM up technohub.

^ sis, after ng interview at exam, tinawagan lang sya over the phone at job offer na agad. All these happened in two weeks din.
