I had my initial and pre employment exam last May 29, lahat kami pinauwi after initial interview.. be ready and always keep our line open for the advise of next proces. until now di pa sila tumatawag,, kelan kaya yun? anyone who have the same situation as mine?

Patience is a virtue. Naalala ko yung na-experience ko with them before, one month before I got it. Waiting game talaga though I heard na mas mabilis na ngayon. That was 6 years ago so baka hindi na ganun katagal like before.

I read from other forums na IBM will be having an Open House Recruitment on Wednesday July 4th.
Is it true?
For Bid Support Specialist or Sales Support Specialist position daw.
I might attend kasi nung last time na tumawag yun IBM sa akin may work na ako kasi naman super tagal nila tumawag

The normal na binigay sa mga exam sis. Reading comprehension, problem solving, I think meron din bookkeeping questions.

Mag start na ako sa IBM sa 27th para sa Back Office ng Engine account yata. Pero sa Job Offer Contract wala yata ako nakita kung kelan ang sweldo.
Ask ko lang tuwing kelan po ba ang sweldo dito?

Last question pala, kelan ang cut off? Kasi sa 27th na yun start ko makakasweldo kaya ako nyan sa Aug. 14th? hehe

^ay hindi ko lang sure sis kung kelan cutoff. kasi ako nag start ng May 7, tapos May 28 yung first sahod. Then since June, every 14th na..

^oo sis. pagdating mo sa HR, may ibibigay na piece of paper sayo, andun yung sched mo, employee number, manager name, etc at ang pinakamahalaga sa lahat.. andun yung date ng first payout mo. goodluck sis!
